Do yourself a favor, hire someone else, 9/08/2013

I was looking to have some land cleared, and was negotiating with another landscaping company to have the work done. Kenneth from ProScapes happened to stop by during the negotiation, and agreed to... do the work for $400, wrote up an "Installation Agreement" and took a $200 deposit, so I ended my negotiation with the other landscaper, who had offered to do the work for $450. He took pictures and spoke with "John" before writing up the agreement. Later, when the crew came by to do the work, it was decided that they had "grossly underestimated" the job, and refused to honor their agreement. At this point they still have my $200, and I still need to have my land cleared. Update: They returned my $200, and I found a place to rent a Billy Goat for around $100, so I think I'll do it myself.

Nice and professional, 9/26/2011

I've used several landscapers and they are the first to be proactive on anything that needs to be done. I really like the fact that they speak clear english and I see the owner and managers often on... my property. They also return phone calls and e-mails promptly. I love that.

I was not sure at first but now I'm a loyal custom

I received a flyer in the mail and called to get an estimate. John & Josh came out and looked at my yard. It was a great first impression. I then looked at Kudzu and saw the poor reviews. I got nervous. I received the estimate and it was within reason. I decided to give them a chance and I have not been disappointed. I have been with proscapes for over a year and will not change landscapers.

Happy Customer

I have been with ProScapes for 6 months and have been impressed with their service from cutting the grass to installing my irrigation system. I was referred to them from my sister who has used them for awhile. They installed a patio and retaining wall for her a few years back and it looks great. Their rates are really competitive and their workmanship is good. I have referred them to some of my co-workers.

Find a new landscaper

Have had contract w/Proscapes of Atlanta x 1 year, several months failed to show up weekly as contracted or showed up 1-2 times, yet we were still required to pay for services we did not receive. Workers left invoices on weeks they did show up stating services provided, (weeding or limb removal) but clearly some of the services were not provided. When asked repeatedly to clip hedges, even offered to pay extra, did not get done. Crews could not understand English at times, or acted as if not understood. We clearly asked not to have mowing done when it was wet, after a very wet summer (2009) our yard has ruts and track marks from their mowers, never repaired after repeatedly asked workers to do so. Our yard does not look as though we have landscaping services, so when neighbors ask if we know of a good company to refer them to, we would never, ever refer them to this company. We terminated contract as soon as the year ended, with one month notice, and they did not come back to finish out the contract Received quotes from several other companies, all lower than Proscapes and other companies provided turf care as well as seasonal services, without slapping on $100 or more for each additional service. We have a small yard, and after realizing what we spent on it over the course of a year, itís just a shame.

What a shame! I take this one personally. These clients were BARTER clients. I had to have crew members leave a service report in the box to prove we had visited. All BARTER clients know that there are some services that we do not do on BARTER. On many occasions this clients asked our crews to do items that they knew were not included. We asked them on several occasions to pay us, or someone else to do the turf care, mulching, excess pruning, etc but they refused. You cannot improve someones landscape when they are not willing to pay for at least turf care. Yes, they asked us to use a smaller mower, and we did. They had ruts that were left by the truck driven across the turf to dump tree waste used for mulch. We work very hard to give value for peoples money and I don't appreciate this treatment or this review.

Very Happy Client

I have been with ProScapes for over two years. They have done everything that I have asked them to do and have even made suggestions to help improve my lawn AND IT HAS WORKED!!! I have found them to always be extremely professional and courteous. I have referred them to many friends and family and will continue to do so.

No Call Back or Estimate

John Estes promised me that he would come by my place Tues or Wed (June 12 or 13) and leave an estimate, here it is Sat June 23 and still no estimate or not even a call to maybe reschedule the appointment.
