Can't say enough great things about this company. I have used them twice and will continue to use them on all of my rentals. Fast, inexpensive, and have been upfront and honest helping me save money instead of trying to nickel and dime me to death.

The PM asked to be paid in cash to "avoid the credit card charges". Unfortunately I paid and they never finished the work. During the process I could not get the PM to return calls. His service was terrible once I had paid. Go elsewhere.

Do not hire these people, with the exception of the tile work they did for us, everything else was very poor quality work, including incorrectly installing a simple shower door twice, the second time wrecking the door so that it needed to be replaced. They never show up when promised, they have poor customer service and never answer the phone!!!

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. As i told you when I was at your house after this review was written, my wife went into early labor the second day that we were on this jobsite. I had hired a new project manager the week before, but he was not up to speed on the operations of the company. Between my project manager and myself, there were 12 visits to the jobsite over the 13 days we were working at the house. In reference to the door, we did damage it, but it was purchased by the homeowner and it was not the proper size door to begin with. We paid out of our pocket to purchase a new door and make it right. The rest of the work when we were finished was done correctly and to a great quality as your husband said when I can out and did a final walk through with him. As I said, I am sorry that I was hard to get ahold of the 4 days where my wife was in labor, but I feel we did everything we could to appease you as a client and correct any issues that arose.
ProServe showed up on time for the estimate, sent me the estimate within 24 hours, and started work the following day. I have had them work on my house 3 separate occasions. First, when I purchased my home, they renovated the kitchen, two bathrooms, and refinished my hardwoods. 6 months later I called them to come back and paint the interior of my house. Now, a year later, I have had them out to paint the exterior of my home. The project manager was so professional and courteous, their crews were well mannered and very knowledgeable, and they were the cheapest quote I got by far! I will for sure use them again!
