 The seller had it fixed
new main branch wiring with old service conductors--this is not a good situation
 Two wires to the same circuit--against code
We get up on the roof in order to see hail damage like this
 Look at the right of this picture. An ugly roofing job for sure
The furnace is venting carbon monoxide into the crawl space. We reported this as a MAJOR CONCERN
 Dryer Vent terminating in the crawl space. Another fire hazard (its even clogged)
Furnace flue in contact with roof sheathing. Another fire hazard
 Water leak into the attic
Thats one awfully steep step. Its also not to code
 How a well insulated attic looks
Under today' code, this needs a guardrail for safety
 And so do these steps
Wet crawl spaces like this....
 Lead to mold substances like this
This pic is viewed from the crawl space. Notice anything funny? Its wriiten there for a reason
