Excellent Service!

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to walk me through the house after he finished the inspection and pointed out the things I needed to know. The report was thorough with plenty of good photos. If you're looking for an inspector who is professional and knowledgable, Steve would be a good choice.

New construction Inspection

Mr. Steve Sheldon inspected a new home for us and did an excellent job. He was very thorough (inside & out), patient & informative. He took recorded notes and photos of every detail. He accommodated us in setting an early appointment although he drove over an hour to get there; he was at the home when we arrived. He also allowed us to address any concerns we had about the property before ending the inspection. This was important to us moving to GA from another state. We highly recommend Mr. Sheldon. We're blessed that we chose him for our inspection. He is a true professional.

Saved me time and Money

Steve Sheldon inspected a home for me and told me to walk away. he warned me that the house was not structurally sound and that I would end up spending more in the long run making repairs. I am happy that I listened because he saved me a ton of time and money! I am now going to buy a home in better condition and without the headache. I asked Steve to inspect this new home and I can trust that he will have my best interest in mind.

Best home inspector in Gwinnett

He took his time to explain everything we needed to know and went the extra lenght to make sure the inspection was performed to the fullest. Thumbs up .

All around Great!

Steve provided us with a great home inspection for a home we were looking into buying! He Was Very Thorough! Checked everything in and out of the House! I was very satisfied with the price we paid also! Very affordable and Professional!
