Salesman was dishonest, 11/27/2011

Couple months ago, Procraft installed windows on my house. Salesman was VERY DISHONEST. Showed Premium window in his demonstration. In sales contract, he put the model #, not if it was Premium or... Professional. They sell Professional for Premium price.

Just another contractor, 11/12/2010

I think their specialty must be windows, my door installation experience was not equal to the pile of referrals I was shown. The installation crew was clean and efficient but the Codel door... arrived with damage from the factory. I had to take care of the appointment with Codel for the warranty work since Procraft pretty much disappeared at this point. The Codel inspector/installer was fantastic and replaced the door but he also had to take care of two mistakes the Procraft door installers made. I paid a premium for what I thought was going to be a problem free product and a promise of outstanding customer service and follow-up (still no follow up after one full week). I am pretty sure I could have had the same overall experience and saved about $350-$400 going elsewhere.
