They break my refrigirator
They did not do their job, and refuse to have any kind of warranty
After their "fixing", our refrigerator get worse.
Our Subzero 550 refrigerator will overfreeze from time to time. There will be ice . We call Professional Appliance Technician Inc to get an estimate, they estimate for 150$, when they come, they actually charge 293$, which is fine if they fix the problem.
But the fact is that my refrigirator's problem become worse after their job. Now there are ice constantly and It is hard for me to open the freezer
When I called them to complain. The technician told me he will need to charge 300$ more for another trip to look at it.
