DON'T GO TO THIS CLEANER
I just walked away from the worst customer service experience I have ever had and that includes verizon, at&t, and every utility company I've used over the course of my life. This cleaner actually made a coat of mine dirty with some sort of chemical that rubbed off onto my clothes and bag when I wore it. That would have been excusable, but he handled the 'opportunity' to make it right SOOO horribly that I will never use them again. He basically refused to listen to my story, clearly thought I was lying, and didn't care that he would lose my business. He never apologized and didn't even offer to try to make it right in any way. He went so far as to refuse to even try cleaning the bag that I took as evidence of the problem. It was horrible - their prices are low but you get what you pay for, and he clearly doesn't want your business anyway, so don't bother going there!...
