Mike did our inspection over 2 months ago and I am still finding problems in the house. 2 facuets upstairs were leaking bad and one more facuet was leaking on the main floor. The dishwasher was very poorly hooked up for draining the water and had to fix immediately. He also stated the house was "FULLY" equipped with smoke detectors. I guess that means as long as there is a bracket on the wall (without a smoke detector) then that is ok. Found live wires that were hanging from the ceiling in the basement that he did not mention. Have about 12 outlets in the entire house that don't work, don't know why.....Please do not use this company.

I don't believe Michael is very competent to perform inspections. We were rushed & it was very clear he wanted to be paid & had another appt to attend to. As soon as we walked in the door, payment was mentioned. For 425.00, being this was our 4th inspection we have ever ordered, this was by far the worst & most expensive. At least being walked through the property & shown the problems would have been worth the money, but standing in the kitchen looking at his computer screen with multiple mentions about having another appt to go to & a few more mentions about receiving a check that day, for sure made us feel like we wasted not only our time, but also our money. I walked out with him to move my car & asked about another problem that I was worried about and he basically said not to worry about it, but, it was in the report.?? There were some things I noticed on the report that made me question how much time he really took. The fireplace was not tested. A window over the kitchen was not working correctly, but wasn't mentioned in person or on the report & the realtor pointed out the back door didn't lock. We have gotten much better reports from other companies. If you do order services from this company, be sure to ask if he's overbooked. I am deeply sorry we choose this company as I don't feel all the problems with the house were found...Since moving in, he missed BASIC problems. What a complete waste of money and any security we had in knowing the problems up front.
