This agency is not a,good company for interpreting. Look at the responses from people who are deaf and not those who are hearing and do not know ASL. The interpreter they sent to my assignment I couldn't even understamd to save my life. I don't think that interpreter could even understand themselves. And the interpreter could not figure out why I couldn't understand what was supposed to be ASL I was extremely frustrated. The interpreter tried to tell me a,story similar to my situation. Frankly, I don't need the interpreter's opinion or hear a story. Gosh what a terrible thing to have to endure. Only good thing? The interpreter was on time. Feb/2017

We are amazed by their services and their response time. I literally send in an E-mail for a request, and they respond within seconds. We have used them before, and they always seem to come through with quick interpreters who are also certified by them, and by the court. For ASAP purposes where we needed someone for the very last minute, and for a rare language they somehow managed to obtain an interpreter for us, and the interpreter was extremely professional and knew all about the ethics. Professional Linguistics truly saved the day.

They send so many unqualified Interpreters for assignments. They had a 9 hour class and they would send out people straight from that class to do important medical work because they did not want to pay the price of trained Interpreters. They have been banned and fired from many clients because of bad quality despite their high prices. The people who run the company are not even interpreters and they have no clue on ethics and professional responsibilities for Interpreters. They are never involved in any Interpreter's association and have been sued by different entities for copyright infringement and other unethical practices. They tried to steal the name of a reputable company in Atlanta and cheat on people by making them think that they now owned the company when all they did was to buy a domain name with the name of this company. They have been sued for this and many other issues and have lost. They make people work in projects and they do not pay them for it. A lot of Interpreters and clients that have been deceived by this company are putting the word out there and they are losing clients right and left.

Our court has used this service for years and have always received good service. We tried a couple of other services, but went back to Professional Linguistics because of their dependability, quality of interpreters and cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used this service on 2 occasions. The first time the interpreter they sent was not qualified, and the courts threw out my case. The second time, I got another poor interpreter who could barely speak English. I would only recommend them to my opposing counsel.

Great Service! Very Professional! The office staff really made finding a translator easy. I would recommend to others, as they saved me a lot of time, and provided a well-trained trasnlator.

Occassionally we run across interpreters that refuse to work in our operating parameters, despite their signed contracts with us. Fortuately, this is rare as we work with hundreds of top quality language professionals that we've trained and qualified at no cost - as a result, our interpreters love working with us! Visit www.prolinguistics.com and you'll see the difference between our company and the others.
