Stay away from this business. They use laborers that will steal your property. I purchased full replacement insurance for damage and theft that the owner (Trevor) would not honor. He tried to make a payoff deal like a sleazy 3rd world dealer!! They put a hole in the wall and tracked dirt through the home I was moving out of! I wouldn't let them move anything into my new home. Bad experience - very dishonest!! Any 5 star reviews are likely from them.

They moved the previuos owners out of our new house. They put a large scratch across the kitchen floor. Phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. They also did damage @ the previuos owners new house and they can't get any resolution either. It's been 60+ days so far and not one phone call or email has been returned so far.

This was an unfortunate misunderstanding. The scratch was in the floor before we arrived. There was a large rug covering it. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused before we entered the home.
Professional P&M moved us into and then out of storage. The men doing the work were fine but when damage was discovered everything went south. Calls and emails were not returned and I was told many times that the person I needed to talk to was not available. I kept the claim to a minimum by having a neighbor help me fix some things and charging only my cost for fixing some things. I submitted a claim for $465 and after months finally got an offer of $165. it seems that if you pay an extra $150 for insurance as I did, they can cause up to $300 in damage without any responsibility. Let the buyer beware!

Every customer is presented with 2 insurance options: $0 deductible and $300 deductible. It is up to the customer which option they choose. Mr. Winter chose the $300 deductible. When he sent in his claim form requesting $465, we immediatly mailed him a check for that amount, minus his chosen deductible.
Stay away!!! There is nothing professional about a company that damages your floors. Do yourself a favor and find another moving company. It's not worth it. The office staff is also very rude and hard to work with.

Unfortunatley, accidents do happen; it is the nature of the business. We do everything possible, including laying down floor protection, to avoid damages. When anything does happen, we have repair companies that help us to promptly handle all damage claims.
