Beautiful lights! Find the fixture at the retail store then go to their website to purchase the light at a probable more reasonable price. Sales associates spread too thin. Our experience was very much a function of which sales rep we were dealing with. It varied. Their web prices will always beat their store prices if you know what your are looking for.

Water removed my "Pompeii Glass" finish on two kitchen globes. I returned to store of purchase, Progressive Lighting in Kennesaw, GA. I spoke with a CSR and received a receipt for two replacement globes at no charge. I was told they were aware of the issue with this finish and that it cannot get wet, but no disclaimer came with the lights. My new globes would be ordered and I should hear from them in 2-3 days, no more than 1 wk. In 1-wk I called, no globes had been delivered, but call back in 1-week. Second week, I called and was told new globes were available for purchase, as my lights were too old for them to replace; "outside of warranty window." These lights are still available in the store and on-line. I called the Corp. Office, and received a call from store within an hour. Guess what, I get my two globes replaced free and they are available at the Kennesaw location right now! I can them pick up today!! It shouldn't take a customer to complain to the corporate office for a company to stand by the product they sell or to "exchange" a faulty product when dealing with the retailer...who also happens to be affiliated with the manufacturer, Savoy House Lighting...both home office at 625 Braselton Hwy, Braselton, GA 30517. Thanks for the globes...but customers shouldn't have to be demanding to get service when the issue is obvious and confirmed! I hope the CSR is negatively impacted by my issue and resolution...
