I hired Daniel to install a whole house water purification system which included relocating the main water valve to the house as well as the water pressure regulator. Daniel did a great, clean job following all my requests. When we ran into a problem with the filtration system he did not give up and was persistent digging into the root of the problem and following multiple conversations with the distributor, found and corrected the issue.

Same day service. Professional. Nice. Quality work. Price changed a few times. Over the phone, we discussed my cost being around $225 to fix a toilet that had a leak around the bottom. When he arrived at my house, he told my wife $250 and stated that he told me the same. I arrived after the work was started. Once complete, I asked him the cost, he said $250. I stated that I wanted to use the $25 coupon from Kudzu. His response: the cost was $275 I have already taken $25 off. Seems questionable to me. How did he know I knew about the $25 coupon? Why did he not mention it? Why did he never mention the $275 price?

Based on a neighbor's recommendation, we went with Daniel at Progressive Plumbing to have the leaking water main running from the meter to our house replaced. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected. Daniel stood by his original price and brought in all the necessary tools and contractors required to complete the job to our satisfaction. He and his entire crew were fantastic and professional. I would definitely use Progressive Plumbing again!

I called Progressive about moving a gas line and moving the supply and drain lines for a sink during my kitchen remodel. After giving me an appointment time, and me arranging to take time off from work, they called back and said that the plumber they were sending wasn't confident about the sink move. Since the gas line was the main thing I did not want to tackle myself, and I figured his problem with the sink move was worry about the "non-plumbing" stuff like demolition of the old cabinet, I verified that the gas line would not be a problem, and told them to send him on. When he got there and scoped out the job, he said he could not do the gas line, not due to any particular difficulty for this job, but because he couldn't thread gas pipe. He said he could do the supply lines to the sink, but not the drain line. I was sorely tempted to just send him away, but decided to let him do the supply lines and convinced him to do the drain line as well. The work he did was good, and I respect him for not attempting something that he was not capable of doing, but I give very bad marks to Progressive for sending me someone who they should have known could not do the job that I needed doing.

Hi, First and foremost, they DO NOT do free estimates. They will charge you $39. When I asked why they advertise 'free estimates' on KUDZU, their response was "we need to take that off, we have not done that in 4-5 years." Secondly, the there was a 200% difference between the 'ballpark' estimate they gave on the phone and the onsite ($39). The job involved two tasks so the scope of work was fairly well described on the phone. Also, their estimate was close to double that of another (big name) plumbing company who also gave a site estimate. Bottom line, there is a bit of bait and switch mentality (like old school mechanics)

Daniel did a superior job installing a new water heater and bringing things up to code. He was very professional and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future! We highly recommend Progressive Plumbing.

Daniel of Progressive plumbing is outstanding. He not only provided the services requested promptly and in a very timely manner, he also corrected work that had been done improperly by another plumber, at no additional charge, and pointed out potential problems that needed attention in the near future (quoting me a very competitive price for the additional work)! I highly recommend Progressive Plumbing.

My kitchen sink was literally falling due to improper installation by my kitchen remodelers. I could not find any plumber willing to even look at it. One call to Progressive Plumbing and it was done in hours. Very nice and personable also. I would highly recommend Progressive for any plumbing job! Great Service!

Progressive took on a tricky sink replacement job that needed a high level of skill. They were up front about what needed to be done, and executed as they said they would. It was impressive work. Will definitely use them again.

I've never seen a plumber respond so quickly, never! I had a leak under the sink due to a garbage disposal. I called late on a Friday afternoon, thinking it would be a while before I could get someone out. But Daniel was very prompt and was in and out of here. I was very pleased with their service.

My pilot light cut off and I couldn't figure out how to reset the light. After many attempts, I emailed Progressive Plumbing to get an estimate to come out and look at the problem. Daniel called me back and gave me great advice and suggestions how to troubleshoot over the phone. It worked! Saved me a couple of hundred bucks. Next problem I have, I will use these guys.

I called this company because of the good reviews on Kudzu. Even though the examination fee is costly($165), I still decided to have a try. I was jaw dropping when Daniel charge me more than $600 for half an hour work with the parts only cost $50. He even charge additional credit card fees and ignored the coupon on Kudzu. Now I really doubt the credibility of the 5 star reviewers on Kudzu of this company. Either they are multimillionaires or they got paid to write a review. Will not call again and will not recommend.

Lets us review this in a balanced way: 1) The job did not take 30 minutes. The troubleshoot alone took more than an hour. If we take into account A) the time it took to get to you, and B) the time it took to do the troubleshoot and the work, we are looking at far more than two hours. 2) The $165 troubleshoot fee, the credit card fee and the material cost was included in the $600. 3) Material cost was much more than $50. 4) When we initially spoke over the phone, I told you about the credit card fee and advised you that it will be cheaper to pay by check. You decided against that and I respected your decision. 5) I always honor our coupons when customers present it or even just mention it, but nobody mentioned it. Feel free to call me and I will send you a $25 refund. 6) MOST IMPORTANTLY: We gave you the full price BEFORE we started the work. You had the option of just paying the $165 troubleshoot fee and then go and shop around with the info I gave you. Kudzu reviews are real and we have no control over what our customers say about our work. I hope my reply sheds a different light on the situation.
Daniel and Billy are great. I called early in the morning and Billy came out just a couple hours later. He spent the bulk of the day, even in the rain at times, identifying and successfully repairing our broken underground pipe. Both guys are very nice and very easy to deal with.
