I called Daniel after several people turned down my repair job over a 3 year period because it was very difficult and risky to do an install of a undermount stainless sink under granite. the original job was incredibly shoddy, Daniel took time out of his family time to help me out, as I had a very small window to get this job done while my wife and 2 babies were out of town. Not only was he amazingly prompt and courteous, he has an amazing mind for creatively figuring out solutions to very complex issues. I would not hesitate for a minute to call Daniel for any job from the most simple to the extremely complex. I found also that his rates were very fair. You just won't find a better plumber or individual. Please see the attached picture...it is just gorgeous!

I called Progressive on a warranty claim for an exterior pipe replacement done a year earlier. Ken came out and determined the break to be on the city side of the meter so not a warranty issue. He then diverted the water, temporarily braced the HVAC which was being undermined from the water and called the city to get their repair work underway. I would highly recommend Ken for any plumbing needs.

Ken came to our house this afternoon to fix our severe plumbing issue and was excellent. He was timely, patient with our concerns, and appeared to be on our side in trying to keep our costs down - Unlike many plumbers who seem to try to "up charge" as much as possible, he gave us a thorough, thoughtful analysis and was able to diagnose and resolve our issue efficiently. I would highly recommend Progressive Plumbing and be sure to ask for Ken.

Progressive Plumbing is fantastic. They have been consistently responsive, professional, and thorough. Ken was a pleasure to work with, and he explained thoroughly how to better maintain our home and prevent accidents in the future. We have become dedicated customers as a result.

I needed a troubleshoot due to water marks on my ceiling. Ken diagnosed the problem and repaired the leaks the same day. He also discovered another problem and repairs were done the following week. I will definitely use Progressive in the future.

I called Daniel yesterday after finding him highly rated on Kudzu. He said he could send a truck today (Saturday) at noon. I planned my day around the appointment and refrained from calling additional plumbing for my plumbing emergency. My kitchen is totally out of commission in a household

I take responsibility for this mistake. What was supposed to be a quick repair job early Saturday morning turned out to be a major project. By the time I realized that we were not going to get to you in time, I immediately called to inform you. I apologize.
Progressive responded to my leaky ceiling the same day I called. Ken came out and identified the problem quickly and stopped the leaking so no more damage would be done. The next morning he came out and did the repairs. He was very good about not making a mess and had nearby flooring and furniture protected with plastic. I would refer this company.

Daniel and his team of experienced professionals (Billy and Ken in particular) have helped me on several major projects over the past few years. I have always been extremely satisfied with their problem solving, solutions, quality work and honesty (hence my review and post). Recently, I had a crushed pipe under my house and they considered all options and big picture and resolved my issue within a few days, all the while considering what was best for the house and my finances in the long term. Very happy with their performance on this job and all previous work.

Just a few hours after calling about my plumbing problem, Ken arrived to save the day. He quickly found and fixed the problem in a cost-effective manner. He then offered to take a look at my water heater for no charge. He discovered that my water pressure was below what it should be according to code and determined that the old fittings that bring the water into the house were on their last legs (40+ years old), and he explained why it would be best to replace it now before it becomes a huge problem. He was able to make the repair on the same visit. Ken is a very pleasant and competent person. I'm pleased with his service.

Be ready to pay BIG $$$$$ I could not believe the charge $695.00 for a Sloan 1/2 gatlon Flush Valve replaced on a urinal. The plumber spent maybe a total of 45 minutes here. He came the day before and had to get the part came back the next day. His service call & labor must be extremely high because I know this little part wasn't that expensive, Will not be calling Progressive again. I ask before hand if the part would be expensive and was told it was not a costly part. The invoice that was left does not give you a break down on your parts or labor, I called Daniel the owner and was told I am very sorry, he could not tell me how much the part was. This was my first and my last time doing business with this company. Lesson Learned! I am very upset how this was handled and the expensive charge. I am just stunned! However the service man they sent Billy was very pleasant, friendly and very professional! He just works for "Daniel' the owner I was told Progressive Plumbing. Thumbs down.

On our first visit we arrived after 4 pm. At that stage, all the plumbing supply stores had already closed for the day and all we could do was turn off the water supply to the urinal (to stop water from being wasted)and write down the part number needed for the job. The next day we picked up the parts and went back to your building to install the new parts. $695 is a very good price to you, considering it included 2 visits to you, a trip to the parts store and the materials, which I did give you the cost of when you requested it.
Daniel Liebenberg/Progressive Plumbing was recommended to me and they came the same day I called. I had two unrelated issues and Ken was able to get both taken care of efficiently. I will definitely call him the next time I need help and ask for Ken!
