Was very impressed with their fast response help Friday morning and Ken & Mike were there as soon as they finished their last job. Handsome, upbeat Ken called twice to update us on their arrival time. Mike was ready to do whatever needed to be done. He was also quite handsome, BTW. They are very good at their job. I recommend using Progressive Plumbing. Ken also asked about a bathroom leak and was able to fix it.

We had an issue with the water heater. Ken came out on a late Friday afternoon and immediately assessed the situation and other plumbing in the house as well and made suggestions. He was very pleasant to deal with and kept us informed and was honest about all work.

I hired Daniel to remove and reset two toilets while having my floors refinished. When done with removing them, he asked if I'd like him to check my water heater, something he said he always liked to do. He found rust around the joints on the water supply valve and replaced the valve before the joints leaked and flooded my basement - good catch. After he left, I realized that I had moved our valuables to a table right next to the water heater because we were going to leave the house in the hands of the floor guys for several days and we could lock these doors from the outside. Daniel could not have missed their presence; yet nothing was touched. That deserves an A+ in my book for integrity.

After trying to schedule two other plumbers via online request forms and not receiving a call, I contacted Progressive Plumbing. Daniel picked up immediately and scheduled an appointment the next day. We had a few plumbing issues that we wanted addressed, and we also wanted an inspection performed to identify any potential plumbing issues. Daniel inspected the entire home and then walked me through his findings. He provided a quote for toilet repairs and suggested that we only replace the guts of the toilets and not the porcelain, which was evidence that he has integrity and will not suggest a homeowner spend unnecessary amounts of money. Daniel also replaced our kitchen faucet as we were having trouble with the repair ourselves. He left the area clean and disposed of our old faucet. Overall, we were very pleased with Daniel's work, and we plan to schedule him to return to our home to make additional repairs.

I just purchased a new place that is fairly old and in need of several miscellaneous plumbing repairs, like clogged sinks and broken tub spouts. In addition the water heater was very old and not up to code. Ken was very knowledgeable, provided a fair price and was extremely professional and hard working.I will definitely be using Progress Plumbing again. A nice change from the cookie cutter plumbers out there.

This was my first time using Progressive Plumbing. Ken replaced my garbage disposal in no time. He was very pleasant and negotiated a fair price with me. He also pointed out other plumbing issues around my home that need some TLC. I will likely do business with them again.

After calling two different companies and both were a no show! We called !!Progressive!!Daniel answered on the second ring. That morning he sent Ken out. Using a pressure gauge Ken discovered our pressure was 120 psi. He explained max psi pressure was only supposed to be 65 psi. Ken installed a new PRV for a fair price. The new prv stopped the dripping faucet in the back which was our original complaint. we will definitely use ptogressive / Ken in the future!!!

I called Daniel out for a leak coming from a pipe connected to my water heater. While inspecting the leak Daniel noticed the expansion tank on my water heater was rusting and needed to be replaced. He mentioned the potential for explosion so of course I immediately hired him to do the job. Daniel was very professional and nice and appeared to try and save us money where he could. The price to replace the expansion tank and repair the leak did seem a bit high given the amount of time it took him to do both jobs. I told Daniel I have never used the same plumber twice; I would consider using Daniel again.

Todd (and Ken) helped us replace 3 toilets in my home and shared some tips on how we could save money around the house. He was professional and knowledgeable and even kept my two year old daughter amused. Very good service!
