Called up Daniel and he was out in about 30 minutes when I had a leak coming from my garage ceiling. He identified the issue and resolved it right then and there. Good guy would defiantly recommend and call again.

Ken showed up less than an hour after I called on a Saturday morning, wonderful!! He is very knowledgable and helped us understand the problems and fixed what was needed for right now. He understood this is our first home and we need to space things out. Will definitely be calling again in the coming months for updates.

Ken arrived to my house on time and was very professional. He was timely and everything now works great! He knew exactly how to fix both my toilet and garbage disposal, was easy to work with, and made sure that everything was clean after the job was done. I would highly recommend Ken for any plumbing needs. -Kevin, Lawrenceville, GA.

My wife called and Daniel said he could come in a couple hours. He showed up was very thorough with his diagnostics, explained our options clearly, and ended up saving us a lot of money by providing us an option that we had been advised by another plumber was not possible. Daniel was quick, smart, efficient, full of integrity and a plumber we would easily call again for plumbing needs. Thank you!

Our AC condensation drain backed-up and was flooding our basement on a Sunday morning as we were planning to host out-of-town guests. Ken and Tim were out to our house an hour after we called and quickly fixed the drain saving us from a more costly repair. They were super quick, extremely professional, and did not charge us for emergency/weekend service since they were able to quickly fix our issue. Daniel has helped us in an emergency before, and we would never consider calling anyone else for our plumbing needs. Thanks for outstanding service!!

Our house was built in the 80's and the master shower developed a leak-I tried to fix it and made it worse. We called Daniel at Progressive, who we had used before and he sent 2 guys over the next day. Ken and Tim got caught in traffic but called to let me know. They came in, took out the old valve, installed a new one and cleaned up in less than 90 minutes. Will definitely use them again.

We had a toilet running and overflowing the tank, and the shut-off valve did not work. Daniel was at our house in less than an hour after we called and had the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. He even dealt with our home warranty company when they asked him bunches of questions. We were quite happy with his work.

Home warranties can be tricky. This particular company could only have a tech out there in 3 days. We came out immediately and then explained the situation to the home warranty company. A delay would have been disastrous to the home owner.
I called Progressive (Based on Kudzu reviews of course) to get a second opinion for one of my rental properties as I feel I was being way overcharged for a somewhat major plumbing issue. They showed up the next day to check it out, called me, gave me a price (which was much lower than the other plumber who I was suspicious about) and came back next day to do the work - which took all day (BIG JOB). They called me at about 8PM to tell me it was all done. My extremely picky tenant has not called me back since - which means it was done to her satisfaction. I dealt with Daniel on this and he was great....Progressive is now the only company I will call to do my plumbing work....thanks Daniel and your crew for an outstanding experience with your company!

When it comes to rental properties, landlords have to keep the costs down and the tenant happy, often without ever meeting the contractor on site. I am glad that we could save you money and keep the tenant happy. We look forward to hear from you again. FOR OUR POTENTIAL FUTURE CLIENTS READING THIS REVIEW: We quoted $2000 vs the $6500 of the competition.
Progressive handled all of the plumbing for the renovations of two bathrooms. They were very prompt and arrived when they said they would. The quality of the work was very good. They also provided very good advice on the other projects of the renovations.

Ken came on time. With everything on his van needed for repair!!! Ken saved us over $200.00 by rebuilding our shower valve. He explained how our PRV was bad and causing increased pressure. After fixing both issues he cleaned up and gave us an additional $25 discount!!! We will use progressive in future. And Easley recommend to our friends & family. THANK U ..... PROGRESSIVE ....

Ken with Progressive Plumbing has repaired three separate (and unrelated) issues for us (shower, dishwasher, toilet). Each time he's taken the time to diagnosis the problem, develop a solution (and provide various options with pros and cons) and outline all costs upfront so there are no surprises. We'll continue to call Progressive Plumbing and request Ken for any future issues that may occur, as we trust the work he does and know it will be done right.

We always try to give different options (and their pros and cons) when it comes to solving your plumbing issues. Thanks you for mentioning this on your review.
I needed a gas line run to my porch for a grill that is to be delivered next week. Over the course of two weeks I called 2 other plumbers that I had used before but no one returned my calls. Daniel not only answered my call, but he was able to set up an appointment for the same day to give estimate. Ken arrived on time and gave a fair estimate for the job. Daniel was able to schedule the job for the next morning. Since it was an early appointment I asked for Ken to call me when he was en route to my home. Ken called a half hour before the scheduled time and arrived right on time with a helper. He was able to run the line and place exactly where it was needed. He did not hesitate to ask questions with regards to the grill connection. Once they finished installing the line, they cleaned up the area and left it looking better than it had in a long time!

Scheduled an appt with Daniel to resolve a clogged toilet. On telephone I clearly stated I wanted to know all costs I would be billed before those costs were incurred....essentially, don't do any work without my authorization as this was at a rental house where I was not going to be when the plumber came. There must have been a miscommunication because Ken (the plumber who did the work) told me the cost was $225 for the work completed, and I was never consulted by the plumber prior to that. I contacted Daniel pretty annoyed since the work that was done was plunging the toilet as well as viewing the drain lines in the crawl space (admittedly, not easily accessible). Had I been provided these costs ahead of time as agreed, I would have declined (since I can plunge a toilet myself and I felt the diagnosis charge was too high). Daniel met with his plumber who did the house call to ensure he had both sides of the story and asked me what I felt was fair. We agreed on a fair price and I was happy in the end. I think Daniel is a businessman who is both honest and fair as evident by his willingness to come to a mutually agreeable solution. So in that vain, I'd recommend him, with the caveat to be sure you know the cost prior to incurring that cost.....including the base service charge.

Thanks for writing a very fair review. There was indeed miscommunication between myself and the tech who went out to the job, and for that, I take full responsibility. Daniel
