The nicest tattoo shop I have ever been in (especially in San Diego) The guys were really nice The place was so clean The Tattoo was awesome The price was right on What I like most about Propaganda is the honesty, they told me that they may not be the cheapest in the area but that they would do a really awesome job for a fair price. They were right, I went down the street to two other shops and the prices were like $20 cheaper (my tattoo was $120) but the other shops were scary and the guys were mean. I have to admit this is my first tattoo and maybe my idea seems stupid to a tattoo guy but Propaganda did not make me feel that way and the other shops did. I am so glad I ended up coming back to the shop after price shopping because I realized that you get what you pay for with tattoos. Propaganda was $20 more but the shop looks really awesome, the tattoo is perfect and the guys are honest and super nice. They also have a Barber Shop on site and do Laser Tattoo removal which my friend was gonna go back for. 5 Stars guys, I am handing your card out to all the people who compliment my tattoo.

I have been to quite a few shops in SD and these guys are up there with the best. I like the way the place is decorated and the overall vibe. Looks clean and the people are pretty nice. I would check them out if your in the area

Thank you for the awesome review
I would have to say this tattoo shop is better than most shops. I came in early in the day and they were still cleaning so it took a minute for someone to help me but as soon as they noticed me I was helped right away. I got a nice tattoo and it was pretty cheap.

After searching the internet for tattoo shops in my area, I came across these guys. I thought to myself with this many good reviews they must write them themselves. With my skeptical side on hand, I went in to their shop and right from the start these guys floored me. I was greeted immediately by a really upbeat guy and he didnt seem pushy or look at me like I was new to this (I have 3 tattoos already, so I am far from new). After some conversation with Thad we were able to get my idea down and he went off to draw for me. He came up with exactly what I wanted on the first try. I still wasnt sold though, a nice guy, a nice drawing, and a nice shop does not mean a nice tattoo. I had a good idea I would get a nice tattoo from looking through Thad's book. Long story short, I got a really nice tattoo and had a great time. Propaganda is a great shop, clean, friendly, great tattoos and lots of orig. artwork on the walls. Go here for your next tattoo, you wont be disappointed.

Propaganda Tattoo does, thats who! I was walking by last night and one of the guys stopped me, told me he was bored and offered me a free tattoo. I took the deal, I looked through his book first to make sure it was quality first because you have to weary if someone is offering a free tattoo, maybe they just suck and need someone to practice on, but this guy was legit. It turns out his appointment for the evening canceled and he wanted to work. I only got a little tattoo but it was free and the guy was really cool The shop was also really nice, to be honest I have walked past it 100 times while going to Effins(my favorite bar) next door and never noticed it. It totally took me off guard that I was offered a free tattoo. My friends and I had a great time hanging out with the guys and I got a killer tattoo, frankly better than the other two tatoos I already have, who'da thunk it. Thank you Propaganda.

Emailed these guys from Alaska and told them about my idea. I couldnt believe how fast I got a response from them. They were very friendly and advised me of the process of having references and leaving a deposit so that my design would be ready when I got to San Diego. Very professional on the phone, via email and most of all in person. I wish I lived in town so i could come back for more.

I went in an the guys were really nice, the place was clean and they did a killer custom tattoo for me. I think that the boys at propaganda live up to the hype. My baber told me about this place and he was right.

I'm very disappointed in my tat 5"x5". It was done by Sergio, poor detail & poor shading. I had to go back again to touch up and still a poor job. I will be going elsewhere to finish the job.

My sister and I chose Propaganda for our first tattoos. The shop was spotless and the atmosphere was chill and friendly. Teer did a great job w/ my tattoo and brandon was responsible for my sisters tribute to our mom on her back. These guys are nice and informative. Ill choose propaganda everytime!!!!

I got the most beautiful butterfly thanks to Teer. The guys at Propaganda Tattoo studio are the best. I even paid for my moms first tattoo and the price was fair. They even put my tattoo on their website www.propagandatattoo.com. My friend and I are going in next for pierciings.

My daughter and I went in for our first tattoos. I have to say that my 18 year old was much braver than I was. My first impression was how nice everyone at this studio was and also it is very clean and professional. The artist "Brandon" drew me the most perfect flower and my daugter got a beautiful butterfly from another artist. I never thought that getting a tattoo would be so enjoyable, dont get me wrong it did hurt but the studio was so welcoming that it made me forget about the pain. Thank you fellas.

I will tell you what, I went to Propaganda Tattoo for my first tattoo and the guys made the experience totally fun. To be honest I was nervous about getting my first tattoo and my artist made me feel comfortable with jokes and also joking with the shop apprentice "Candy". It reminded me of Miami Ink and Yoji. Thanks for a good time guys and I will be back for more. Also, thanks for putting my tattoo on your website! www.propagandatattoo.com
