Terrible customer service
Did not show up for two different appointments. Would not give an estimate for a repair. I was overcharged for a service call. Very bad customer service. Beware if you choose to do business with them.

Buyer beware!
I had Property Creations design and install Christmas lighting for our home. The high cost of the initial investment was felt to be justified since Property Creations said they would install, take down and store the lights year after year. The cost was going to be lower after the initial purchase of the lights. Well, that lasted exactly one year after the initial purchase. I was told in 2011 that Property Creations would no longer be able to perform this service. It was no longer convenient for them to make the trip from Canton to Dunwoody. It didn't seem to be a problem when they took my initial $2400. What a scam!

Great Job
Bob and his crew did a great job on a complete backyard renovation which included irrigation system, grading, sod, tree plantings and stone steps. His crew worked 13 hr days and completed the job on time as promised with no hidden costs. They were respectful of both the neighborhood and our property during the project. I would definitely recommend and trust Property Creations.

Stairway Patio Project
Bob came out when he said he would and spent plenty of time with us talking about our options for a stone stairway and poured patio under our decks. His ideas where fabulous and well thought out but unfortunately we were unable to utilize his services as we had to scale our project down form the original plan. We hope someday that we will be able to use Property Creations. Their pricing was fair and reasonable for the scope of work and we felt they were extremely professional in their timeliness, bid and follow up.

The best
I stumbled upon these guys last year. They helped me with a drainage problem and installed a rain tank in my yard so I could water all summer. Awesome service
