Joe and his crew came out and took care of our courtyard and our lawn. They even put in a dog run. Things were great. Then they started missing scheduled days, and skipping weeding, etc. Our lawn... now is over watered and yesterday they mowed and there are giant tread marks in mud. I'm 9 months pregnant and on bed rest due to severe complications, but my front and back yard were in dire need of cleaning and landscaping. I came on kudzu hoping to find someone I could trust and came across Joe and PIE. He kept in constant contact with us, came out and did a thorough estimate and even reprogrammed my watering system for me without being asked. After hearing about the awful string of bad luck I had been having (robbed 2 days before xmas, pregnancy problems, HOA issues) he told me about his quarterly drawing/Ladies Special in which if I won, they would take care of my property free of charge. His estimate was VERY affordable and fair. By the Grace of God I won the drawing and Joe and his boys came out and did a AMAZING job cleaning up my yard and trimming my bushes back. They took no time at all, were thorough and he even had helpful suggestions for what I could plant in my yard. They even cleaned out my old planters for me! I STRONGLY recommend this company, and have told all my friend and family about them! Joe is a complete sweetheart and I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for his company and the Ladies Special ;) Who says Chivalry is dead?
I have recently contact PIE for an estimate for my back yard. Joe came out the next day and emailed me the most DETAILED estimate you could imagine. I am sooo impressed and you will be too. Just give him a call and see for yourself!!!

They redid all the landscaping in my front yard to incude resodding my yard. They showed up and gave me a free estimate and were always showed up on time and did great work. They even came back to replace parts of the yard for free after my sprinkler system broke.

I just had Joe come to my home as scheduled, came on time and just as nice in person as the email's we traded before the visit. He explained what needed to be done and told me that on one of the projects how I could do it myself and it was done as easy as he said it would be. I am a new resident to Las Vegas and finding someone honest out here is far and few but Joe is a gem and if anyone says differenly I would fight them to the end. repairman - Thank you for sharing your experience with others. At times, people find it hard to understand why we conduct so much of our business through e-mail instead of the phone. With todays technology offering this option, it is our outlook or perhaps question of how often do you actually get things in writing these days. It is our goal to insure that we have done all that we can to provide for our customers needs and as we are only human like everyone else, e-mail and written documentation provides us the ability to reflect back upon our commitment to the customer as well as the customers needs. It is all too often in todays business world that people forget. It is our service goal to provide for our customers NEEDS, not to just make a buck! Often times we will try and provide instructions via the internet or through tips on our web site to assist customers who are inclined to attempt a job themselves. Our outlook is that we are really not needed for the simple things unless the customer desires. In the case of items that are more detailed in which a customer is going to attempt it themselves, we will provide honest caution if it could become tricky and end up costing them more money for the repair in the long run. In your case, as you have found, the service you needed was very simple and we were more than happy to provide the do it yourself instructions for you to save money. Glad I found this company. I'm a single woman with very little time to take care of repairs around my house. I called a few handyman services and was greeted with the likes of what many might expect in looking for a handyman. After seeing my share of plumbers butts, I was relieved when I was greeted by a professional dressed gentlemen from Property Image Enhancers. I was provided with a detailed written estimate for my repair needs and NO PRESSURE. The estimate was detailed and clear to read and understand my option of per project service or the ladies special. I can only say that they were more than professional, especially as I can only reflect that my attire is rarely reserved, thinking I may use such to get the best deal, the estimator was nothing less than respectful which confirmed that there ladies special is no joke and a rare and true deal to try an assist ladies in need. I have advised many of my male friends of my satisfaction with their services as they have a deal especially for guys too. I will use them for all my service needs.

In regards to our ladies special, such is an extension of our regular handyman for a day program yet it has been further discounted to assist ladies who may not be able to get their husbands or significant others to handle the tasks they need taken care of. For single ladies/moms who do not even have a man to help, we provide a further discount. Our deals are no joke and we try to create deals that will benefit both male and females equally. While we focus on maintaining our appearance and professionalism, we do not determine our pricing on how a person is dressed or looks. Instead they are simply a potential customer in need. Property Image Enhancers did a great job repairing my front yard irrigation system and running irrigation into my back yard. Joe is very friendly and even fixed up a couple of things that he just noticed needed to be done. Thanks again, Joe! Customer service with Joe is not lip service. I am so glad that I found this company! A friend had told me they had used them and that they were offering a ladies special. I found their special in their deal section on kudzu and decided to send an e-mail. They responded within 24 hours and set up an appointment to review all my projects. They recommended the ladies special advising I would save money. The man who did the estimate was very courteous and well groomed. I decided to use their service and was surprised to learn that the same man that provided the estimate also provided the service. When asking about such, I was told that all the service providers handle their own estimates to insure that the customer will be comfortable with the person who will be in their home. All I can say is all the work was done above my expectations, the price was great and it was a pleasure to have a professional, courteous, well groomed gentleman in my home. I will certainly be using them again and this time will not be afraid to ask about combining the single ladies/moms discount.

Our experience with Property Image Enhancers was outstanding. We needed to have some sod replace in our yard and unfortunately scheduled to have it done during the hottest week of the summer. Lucky for us Joe contacted us and convinced us to delay the job until the weather was more favorable. We had to postpone the job almost a month, but the wait was well worth it. The sod is doing great and looks wonderful. We have also had amazing follow up service with some minor sprinkler issues. Thanks, it's so awesome to find a business that is so focused on customer relations and satisfaction.

PIE was highly recommendeed by a trusted friend. It took 2 weeks for him to come to the house to give an estimate. The 3 week start time stretched to 5 weeks. He was not available by phone and would take 2-3 days to respond to e-mails, his preferred communication method. The work took longer than he estimated and he wanted almost double the estimated labor cost. He increased the charge for materials by 35% over his estimate. I became so aggravated, I told him to stop the job and I would hire someone else who honors their contract without increasing charges as the work progresses. I would NEVER hire him again.

Nevertheless, in response to your review, we can only respond that we are always willing to accept the blame, apologize and correct any error when such is a result of our service. This is not the case with your service as your comments are both false and slanderous and have cost us business. Our service advertisement advises that e-mail is recommended due to a high volume of calls and the 2 week appointment time was due to your availability as well as ours. E-mail records reflect e-mail response to you within 24 hours and all customers are advised of how far out we are booked. In your case 4-6 weeks, so 5 was right in between. We posses an extensive paper trail of your e-mails specifically expressing your satisfaction and pleasure with our service prices and skilled craftsmen in which you felt the craftsman professional that you were willing to be in breech of contract and jeopardize his employment with us by trying to get him to perform the services you contracted to with us on the side. It is a good thing for us that our craftsmen ARE HONEST! It is important to note that you increased the installation of dimmer switches from 3 to 8 and not mentioning that you accepted the Handyman for a day Special which is for labor only. We do not manufacture or sell materials and simply advised you that the low end quality style dimmer switch was approximately $5.00 more each. We do not control Home Depots retail pricing! We wish you the best in locating another service provider who is as reputable and HONEST for your future service needs. Of course any person considering obtaining our services and wishing complete details on this event are more than welcome to detailed information by simply requesting such via e-mail. It is our goal that potential customers have all the information they need to make a comfortable decision prior to retaining our services or that of any other service provider. I called Property Image Enhancers after reading all of the great reviews on Kudzu. When Joe first came out to give me a free estimate I was impressed because he was 10 minutes early, friendly, professional and the estimate was reasonable. I called about a week later to set-up a time to have the job done. I had to leave two messages on their machine and it took them a week to return the call. When they finally called me back, they gave me a start date that was 3 weeks away. I was informed that I would be receiving a call in about 2 weeks to confirm the date and to make the down payment for the materials. 5 weeks went by and I didn't hear from them. I decided to call another company(Ultimate Landscaping) and they took care of me in a professional and timely manner and did a great job. After the start date came and went, I didn't bother to call them because I feel I shouldn't have to chase people down to take my money. They apparently have no respect for my time and I don't appreciate them wasting it. I don't know if their work is any good but their customer service is sub-standard.

Property Image Enhancers for 15 years has provided service through simple word of mouth advertising as we feel that is the best way to EARN business. Late last year we decided to advertise through the KUDZU web directory listing as it offers a very similar form of advertising through the review option they offer. As we are sorry that we have disappointed you, we do appreciate your sharing your experience with others. As a result of a high volume of service requests coming in, we have had extreme difficulties with out phone system crashing and as a result have even requested in writing on our KUDZU main page description that current and potential customers make contact via e-mail. We have always maintained a small and part time office staff to allow us the ability to keep our overhead low and thus our pricing to customers the same. Unfortunately sometimes this may not be the best direction to take and we are learning each day in how to address this situation. At each estimate we try to be on time if not early, provide reasonable pricing and apply no pressure. At the same time we try to advise potential customers that actual service dates can range from three to four weeks out and as more requests come in, even further. We will not try and respond in any manner to counter act your negative review on our services but can instead only offer our sincere apologies for disappointing you. We do feel that each and every customers time is important and have no intent on wasting it. In closing our response to your review, all we can say is we agree that as our service volume has increased so rapidly, our customer service in scheduling has become sub-standard and is certainly something we are working hard to correct. In the mean time, Ultimate Landscaping is a good company and we are glad that you had found them and that they have taken care of you in a more timely and professional manner than that which we were clearly unable to provide.
