2. ALL equipment you purchase from us is 100% YOURS. (We will never take out or lock out any equipment that we install.)If you are not happy with us your system will work with most other companies
3. Our rates are guaranteed for 3 years. (We have raised our rates once since 1998 and that was for $0.95)

We have on call specialists 24 hours a day 7 days a week, because we understand when a problem arises it is usually late at night or early morning.
