Great Service
The owner, Jules, went out of his way to accommodate my schedule just before he went on vacation, just so I could get my system installed before I left my new home for the holidays. The installation techs were on time, courteous, and very respectful of my home. And when I had a minor follow-up issue, I received a very quick response with an immediate resolution. All around great service!!!

Rodney Satisfied
My financial advisor,Robert Bonner (RobertBonnerJr@gmail), was advising me on different ways to lower my expenses and recommended Protection Concepts. I had ADT but for a lower rate, I am receiving better customer service and the product (cellguard) that I preferred. I was even more pleased when I was able to meet the owner of the company who was honest and offered a comprehensive explanation of the service provided. Better than ADT and Ackerman
I had been with ADT for six years paying over $38 per month for the service before I called Ackerman. I also wanted to switch to cellular based monitoring to disconnect my land line. Ackerman sent their technicians twice to my home but still could not get their cellular module to work. Protection Concept technician was by far the most competent in this regard. It took him less than half an hour to get the whole thing working. Their owner who visited our home was a genuine person who explained about their company and service to us with great passion. I am able to save over $50 per month now and do not have to deal with long term contracts either. Thanks for being there.
