Good install of system from an old ADT sensors. They work with current technology Arlarm. Can't beat the value monthly, call center does a good job getting in touch with you.

I have been a customer for many years. The monitoring center is quick to respond. The initial consult was professional and no pressure. Installation went well. This is a dependable company with helpful staff. Don't hesitate to contact them.
Protection Concepts protects my home and office. When I'm home or away I know I can count on them and if I ever have any questions or need anything they are always there to help me. Thanks to all the staff!
I enjoy dealing with a smaller Atlanta-based company, and the personal service that I receive. The pricing is competitive as well. I have used Protection Concepts for 11 years, and have never had any issues.

I've been a customer for 5 years and I decided to compare other companies when moving to my new home. The owner came into my house and we signed paperwork last night. They have faster response time and much better customer service. I would recommend anyone with ADT make the switch today.

This is the second house that I've used Protection Concepts. Great customer service, thorough information around installation, very competitive rates and cutting edge technology! I don't think you can do any better and support a local business at the same time!! Thank you Jules and team!!!

Well the owner came to our house and was telling us we do not need a contract. That is why we chose them. Well we moved in an other state and did not need their service in our rental... Now there was a contract and I have to pay for over a year more! This is ridiculous. We bought equipment. No reason for that. Apparently they had us sign some papers on a different day then when we met with owner. I guess we trusted him and did not read the whole paper work and missed the part about needing to pay for x months otherwise I would have called the lie then! (I say apparently because I lost my paperworks in the move but they sent me a scan missing pages..).
