When I bought a used black BMW, Carmax referred ProudAmerica to me for hand washing my car. But I went to an automatic car wash anyway, and it was a total disaster. My car got all scrached up and swirls. However, The manager of ProudAmerica took care of most of the scratches and all swirl. Now, my car is like new again!:) and I tell all my co-workers about this place. From now on, I will only go to this place for a hand car wash.

This is a small family run business at its best! My wife told me about this place. I think she and my kids go there to see the bunny(you will see). Employees are well-trained, and the manager does all the detailing. He took care of all the swirling and overspray on my black GTR. I really like this place because these guys take time and do the job the way I wash my car. This place, however, doesn't have many workers, but I have no issue because I hate 4 or 5 guys working my car. Those of you who have never washed or taken care of their cars will spend a few dollars more. If I don't wash my cars myself, this is the only place I go. The waiting time is about 30 min, and the business has a great customer waiting area.

One star is seriously too nice. I went to this place on my lunch, carefully read their board of "packages". All I needed was the outside washed and the dog hair vacuumed out from the inside. I was greeted by a man who told me "Your car is dirty. Too dirty for a girl." EXCUSE ME? First, I'm at a car wash...my car isn't going to be clean. Second, A GIRL??? He told me it would be double the cost because it is double the work. When I asked for an explanation, he told me, "Girl cars are pretty. We need to double the work, and your car is dirty." I told him that was abnormal and drove off. A girl car gets just as dirty as a boy car, sir, especially when that girl owns a dog.

My neighbor, a car fanatic/judge at numerous car shows such as Nopi and Atlanta MBCA mentioned about this business for exceptional car wash and detailing works. For all my life I have taken to many different car wash places, but I have not seen any car wash business like this one. First of all, I am very, very particular about my cars. Who aren't? So, I'd like to share some of my experiences with you. My first day was a hot summer Saturday 2008. When I got there, the whole big parking lot was packed with cars coming and going. I wasn't sure whether I was going to wait that long line, but I gave it a try. For 45mins I waited and waited, and I decided to leave, but one of the customers who waited more than me said, "Is this your 1st time? Just wait and see how great these guys are. It will be worth it." The gentleman was right. We carried a casual conversation for 20mins or so and another old gent mentioned to us that previously the manager have found his wedding ring from his car while cleaning. From what I heard from these customers Proud America is a very honest, reputable car wash business. I have known Jae(manager) for almost 4yrs now. He is very knowledgeable about the work he does, and has given me nothing but honest answers whenever I asked him about cars. This place works at consistency and exceptional job. This is the only place that actually takes time to get the job done right. Keep up the great work, Jae!

The Best in the Atlanta area! This is a Proud family run business, with Mom at the cash register, Dad taking in cars and Son Jae overseeing the washing and detailing. The detailing is so good that after Jae detailed my Porsche, it took 1st place in the Porsche club French Concours. I highly recommend them.

Everything done by Hand and only place i go to for my high end cars. Price is very competitive to automatic cars washes. Expect to be there from 1 to 2 hrs. (This is the only issue with them). If you want a great job done from a great Price then you need to Proud America.
