I must be the pickiest person in the world when it comes to my prescription. I had just spent hundreds at one of those national eyeglass places and after a few returns and many phone calls - they would not refund my money, so I considered it a loss. I went to Costco to save some money and I was pretty desperate. I've been going to Provost Eye Group for 2+ years and have had ZERO issues with my prescription - perfect every time.

Located in the Cumberland Mall Costco, I stumbled on this optician and was very pleasantly surprised. Great, quick service, and excellent value. Got a regular eyeglass prescription plus a contact lens prescription for my son, at much lower cost than I was expecting.

I was in Atlanta visiting from Idaho when I knew my left eye needed to be examined asap. With a phone call I was immediately taken care of. Dr.Drew and staff were able to take care of what could have been a disaster. Thank you!!!!

I have been wearing glasses and contacts for most of my life. This was one of the fastest and most enjoyable appointments I have ever had, plus the cost was exceptional. If you are a member of Costco I would highly recommend you give Dr. Provost a try!

I went to the Costco, because they supported my eye insurance and I was thrilled. I have not had such a great eye exam ever in the past. They use the latest testing equipment for more precise results and methods to let you test your Rx. Being in Costco is a plus, because when you test your Rx, you can read product descriptions, see near and far, and experience the lighting conditions of stores.

Dr. Provost was very professional and personable. His prices are the best in town, yet he has all the latest and greatest technology. I was in and out fast and enjoyed the experience overall. I will definitely go back.

The initial exam went great--although without eye insurance the price is nothing to write home about--but no matter when I try to call to schedule a follow-up exam for fitting my contacts, no one answers. I just get an annoying message to leave a message and so far no one has deigned to call me back.

Had a fantastic experience. The doctor is very professional, and has the latest high-end equipment. The eye exam bill was a lot lower than anticipated. Costco must be subsidizing to pay for the equipment. I will be bringing my family next time.

I have to tell you, I HATE going to the eye doctor - so much so, that I haven't been in five years! Well the time had come that I HAD to get my eyes checked to update my contact lense prescription. As luck would have it, I stumbled upon Costco and Dr. Provost, who takes my insurance! (Bonus) Dr. Provost did an awesome job and I'm hooked for life. He goes the extra mile to make sure that you feel comfortable with your contact lenses and that you understand the ABC's of your eyes. I wouldn't take these eyes anywhere else!

Well, I love COSTCO, and I dig the eye guy that has set up shop there. I was set up with contact lenses, which was my first contact lens experience, and I feel like they did a great job with the prescription, and were very professional. It's not like an eye exam is a big deal, but it ran very smoothly. No wait, professional attention from Drew, and his assistant. Highly recommended!
