I am not sure what happened to this office since the many good reviews in 2005 but I have found a number of the real estate agents there sloppy (concerning the paperwork), ill-informed (concerning the specifics of lots and construction), and more concerned with their own commissions than protecting their clients or realizing that they are being relied on as advisors. There are many real estate agents out there and the few I have interacted with in this office have NOT been too saavy!! Many offices care deeply about you as a client but my experience with this office earlier this year was NOT so. Tread lightlyespecially if you care about the value of your purchase as an investment....

I gave Gloria Jean one days notice that I was coming to town to quickly find a rental because of a short relo notice. She met me at the door smiling the next day and spent 3 consecutive days with me from morning to 9:30 at night to help me find a place for my family. She was knowledgable, persistant and tireless in her efforts to assist me. She really, really came through for me. She helped me find a great house in a great neighborhood in the best elementary school in Gwinnett. Use Gloria Jean if you want to get results. She IS fantastic!!! Thank you, Thank you!!!!
