Cathy was always in touch with us throughout the process of selling our home. She was very informative and KNOWS this business. She can handle any challenge that comes her way with ease. Our home was listed 6-22-11 and we closed 8-8-11! She was wonderful. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to get their home sold. Thank you so much Cathy!

I worked with Cathy as a buyer for one of her listed properties. She was unfriendly and very pushy. Multiple times my contract had to be re-negotiated because she "didn't have time to complete her job within the alloted time frame!!" What?? she's a realtor?? isn't that what she is supposed to do? Very unprofressional & I don't recommend her as a your realtor in ANY deal!

When looking to find a Realtor to list our home, I asked a group of moms on a local message board for referrals. Suprisingly, I only got ONE referral from probably over a hundred moms there. And I know most of them had bought or sold a home beforeso why didn't they LOVE their Realtors?? I interviewed Cathy along with two other Realtors and found her to be just the right fit for us. One of my main concerns was finding someone that I would feel had MY best interest at heart. If it meant taking longer to sell to get the right asking price or finding unconventional ways to buy our future home, she is ready and willing to try new things. And she answers her phone and email PRONTO! This is very important because I know no call will be unanswered. She stays in constant contact with my husband and I. We could not be happier. I will refer her to anyone I come across that needs a great, energetic Realtor that will hold your hand every step of the way. Thanks Cathy!...
