Good work but POOR service
I asked for touch up work on a tribal. They quoted me about an hour & a half and set and appointment, took my deposit. I showed up 15 min early for the appt, and waited about 45 min to get in the chair.. was in the chair only 40 min total when they said "that's all for today, I have another client now", charged me for the full hour and the WORST part is they didn't do a SINGLE line I asked for. I mean every spot I wanted touched up is still in need of touch up, and they just chose to work on spots I didn't ask for. When I spoke to the manager he gave me some crap about store policy on touch up work and how they feel the need to improve the entire piece to maintain the reputation of the shop. I just wish they would have told me that to begin with, so I could have picked another artist who would have just done what I asked for.

The work they did was fine, the shop was clean, and most of their work looks really nice. I feel bad writing this, but be warned this is NOT the place to go for specific touch up work.

I love the atmosphere and the music. Justin was super cool and did a great job. I love my tattoo. I even ordered the CD that they were playing. I wish every day could include such an experience. denise

Terrible experience!
I Paid $50 in advance for a tattoo. When I showed up, they denied me service and kept the money. They claimed my ID was fake and after calling the police to verify that it wasn't, I was still denied service. My 18th birthday was ruined after being cussed out, screamed at and verbally assaulted. Save your money and go to a decent, respectable tattoo shop where they treat you like a person.

Best in Marietta
I got my 4th tattoo here, done by Rob B, and it is the BEST work I have on my body. I have several piercings, but needed one stretched. Elliott was wonderful and the cost was minimal.
I am not slathered in tattoos, and the only piercings that are visible are my ears, but everyone in this shop is nice and extremely friendly (except the guy who works the cashier. He's a little stand-offish and snooty, but he's just the guy who takes your moneyhe is irrelevant). I have also used their sister store in Sandy Springs for some awesome (and VERY inexpensive) jewelry. I HIGHLY recommend Elliott if you need a professional piercing and Rob B for tattoos. He is funny, very friendly, and has a dvd player in his "studio", so while he was tattooing me, I was watching a movie and laughing with him. I cant wait for my next tatt. Will definitely use Psycho.

they don't care
I have received 3 piercings and 1 tattoo from Psycho Tattoo is Sandy Springs. My piercings were, great especially my most recent one, septum, done by Elliot. He was kind and involved. If you want a piercing I say go to this studio. However, if you want a tattoo look elsewhere.

My tattoo looks great and at the time I wasn't really bothered by the shopI didn't really have anywhere to compare it to at the time. But after living in Virginia for a while and having a great relationship with an artist and shop up there, I came home and was itching for some more ink in a couple of months. I fell back on where I had received my 2nd tattoo( the first one is great but long story I won't use the studio again).

Walking into the shop made me feel uncomfortable, the staff wasn't personable and I didn't feel like I wanted any of them near my skin. I was treated like a moron for asking some questions and I felt looked down upon because I wasn't slathered in tattoos. And having been with friends going in, they have said that they didn't feel welcome if the didn't have any visible tattoos or piercings.

So if you don't really care and just want a nice tattoo, sure go there. But if you want some one to care about what you are going to have them place on your body forever. Search elsewhere
