Puddle of Pooch

I, like most, pet owners, have specific expectations for the look of my dog when being groomed. I communicated this to Puddle Of Pooch and when I picked up my little one he was completely shaved down - the opposite of what I wanted. I was then yelled at blamed for not bringing him often enough when I calmly and politely expressed my dissatisfaction. Not to mention I brought him every 4-8 weeks over a span of several months. You never know for sure who is going to groom your pet and even if you write down specifics of grooming style you may get something totally different and then blamed for it. I am the kind of person that tips well and will be loyal if the service is good and professional. I will not be returning to Puddle of Pooch and do not reccomend it.

I went there one time and I should have listened to my gut.. my dog wasn't given any of his meds, his food bag was completely empty as i had brought a brand new bag (usually lasts me a month), and my baby had dried urine all over him when i picked him up.. He wasnt even in the play area, he was in a crate next to a tower of dirty stinky towels.(and a trash can full of beer bottles!!) I was told the owner would be grooming my dog, only to find out she had someone else groom him. He never stopped itching until i bathed him at home. He also came home with fleas..
I was highly recommended to Puddle of Pooch and I was highly disappointed..

We have been taking our two giant long haired dogs to Erica and team for over 2 years. She truly loves animals and always does a wonderful job. She boards our dogs too and they usually have someone actually stay there and spend the night- that is why there were probably bedsheets on the window for the bad review. The place is very small which is limiting, however- the love in the place is overwhelming. I am so glad we found Erica- a good groomer is hard to find. She is the best!

Ditto on the bad vibe comment. My dog always looked great, but I never felt comfortable leaving him there.

i took my shih tzu puppy here and was amazed at the wonderful job they did..i barely recognized him he looked soo good lolthe staff are very friendly and i trusted them with my dog..i highly recemmend you wont be disappointed..
