I took my car to Pugmire Lincoln for service for my check engine light. They told me they needed to check it out and they would get back to me within 3 to 4 days. Well seven weeks later I am still without my vehicle and they requested an additional $2000.00 after my warranty company paid them. The same problem I started with i still have seven weeks later.

I visited Pugmire a couple weeks ago to look at cars. The sales reps were very nice and not pushy at all! (like at most dealerships) We ended not being able to get a car at the time, BUT when we are in the car buying process again, I will definitely visit them again. They have alot of great cars and a very clean professional shop.

I just recently traded in my Honda out of displeasement with the company and in looking for a car, I decided to go with a slightly used instead of something brand new, so I could save a little money. After a lot of searching, I decided on a Cadillac CTS, one that was on the used car lot at Pugmire. We took a visit to the store and long story short, it's been a great car. We talked to Albert Ford, one of the nicest car saleman I have ever met, and we received the best service. Albert got use in the car for more than $5000 less than what it was worth and has provided wonderful service even after the purchase. I would recommend Pugmire to anyone, no matter whether you're buying new or used.
