Dr. Pulsipher graduated from San Diego State University for his undergraduate studies. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Loyola University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Pulsipher continued his education by pursuing the specialty of Orthodontics at the University of Illinois. From there, he completed two years of residency. Member of American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and the California Dental Association of Orthodontists.
