Same Day Cancellation!!! Do NOT call these people!
I'm so livid right now. I need my windows cleaned today for a party tomorrow morning. These people promised to come out and do a "quote and do" today between 12-3pm. They said if I like the quote they would do the job immediately. They called at 10:46am to CANCEL on me. SAME DAY CANCELLATION!!! I have been scrambling to find someone else to do the job now that QCare has left me high and dry on the day before my party. This is extremely unprofessional and they should be ashamed for promising service and not being able to deliver. I would have much rather been told they could not do the job than have a same day cancellation! Shame on you QCare.

We're sorry to disappoint you. We work hard to ensure that our clients enjoy a first rate experience from QCare on every appointment. This job was booked late Tuesday on short notice and we explained that our schedule was tight this week and, with the added freezing weather delays, we might have trouble making this appointment. As soon as we realized this morning that the first job was running behind schedule due to freezing temperatures, we called to inform you that we would not be able to make today's appointment. We try to build leeway into our schedule for unforeseen difficulties but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, we fall short despite our best efforts. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
