No complaints about the final project, but the scheduling process was a complete nightmare. We paid a deposit months in advance to secure one date (they had given us a choice of two), and then, after we contacted THEM to confirm the scheduled work, they told us they were a week behind. This is after we had made arrangements for time off work, moved other appointments, etc. The salesman was very "can do!" but whoever schedules the work crews is clearly not interested in customer satisfaction.
