Justin wouldn't return my calls--one time I got through and he never came to the phone. I had a door installed a year ago and it came off the track. BBB lists unsatisfactory rating.

Called on a Monday morning, they said someone would be out between 12 and 2 PM. Nobody ever showed up or called.

After contacting at least 7 companies about install 2 garage door openers. I decide to go with Quality garage doors, I am so glad I did. Justin is great, trust me if you need garage door openers, I would not let anyone else do it but Justin. He install 2 LiftMaster Elite series and gave me $40 doors worth on rebates that no other company I call even mention. The guy knows his stuff and he takes the time to explain what he is doing to you. (Experience, Friendly And Just A Great Person).

I was effectively locked inside because I couldn't get my garage door up. Justin arrived within the hour to give me a free estimate. He explained everything to me, and showed me what he was talking about. He was polite and knew his business. There were no "hidden" costs, and he completed the work very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call this company again, and certainly recommend them without hesitation.

i called several companies and found this company. They were on time and gave me a free estimate, so i said go for it and the technician did a great job and explained everything to me about my system. my door is so quiet now , i cant even hear it go up or down because i upgraded my rollers to nylon and i am very pleased. thumbs way up
