Professional Personalized Service
After an unfortunate event of dropping my laptop on a floor made of brick, I contacted Quantum Computer Services. On short notice Patrick came to my location, which I immediately saw as a sign of professional personalized service. He contacted me throughout the entire process advising me of the status of the repair as well as using terms that I understood. Once the problem was diagnosed, he offered me a number of alternatives without pressuring me either way. In the end, my laptop was returned to me in great condition and without putting a dent in my pocket. I will definitely use Quantum Computer Services again and always recommend them to my friends and family.
