I received a call from Quantum Bank Suwanee apologizing for my unhappy experience today. I appreciate their efforts to address customers' concerns with such speed. I am a firm believer of writing good reviews and bad reviews. Therefore, this can be filed as a GOOD REVIEW.

I was very disappointed today by the lack of customer service from the employees at Quantum National Bank in Suwanee. I tried to withdrawal money from the bank's ATM and it malfunctioned. The cash was not dispensed from the ATM, however, the receipt confirmed the requested withdrawal along with the banks service fee were taken out of my account, which was later confirmed by my bank. I went inside to explain what happened and was told by several employees including the bank's Vice President and service manager, Suzanne Dineen, that since I was not one of their members they would be unable to assist or investigate the malfunction of their ATM. I was told to call my bank so my bank could resolve their bank's mistake. I would recommend members and non-members think twice about ever using Quantum's ATM as I was told several times, by the banks employees, that this happens all the time and after experiencing their lack of problem solving skills first hand, I would not trust your money with this bank. Ms. Dineen and the other employees obviously do not care about customer service or doing what is right for the customer.

After a year with this bank I got tired of being treated with rudeness and aloofness and moved my accounts to Flagstar, and I've never been happier! Do yourself a favor and take your banking where it's appreciated - not at Quantum!

Rude people, fair to substandard offerings, etc. They have all the drawbacks of small banks combined with the drawbacks of big banks! These guys need a new business plan!

My thought was: little bank, big service. Boy, was I wrong. Not only do they suffer from substandard products due to their size handicap, but they don't care about their customers. To me, that's a deal breaker!

Their products aren't very good, but they aren't the worst, either. Before you decide to do business with them, though, you should know that their service is terrible. They will go out of their way NOT to serve you, or as Clark Howard puts it, they offer "customer no-service." Stay clear of Vickie Garner, Gloria Holthaus, Nicole Stratten, and Ronna Brown. They are all incompetent and/or rude. Stephanie Rudd seems genuinely nice and professional, though, which is more than I can say for most of her staff, including the managers.

I had to laugh when I read the previous review that was obviously written by the bank president. This local bank attracted me because I was tired of being just a number with the big boys. Yes, they are small so they offer personalized service. The problem is that most of the staff couldn't care less about you and a few are downright condescending. If you go in the lobby, be sure to bring your B.S. detector. Perhaps if you plan to bring at least 6 figures to their bank then they'll treat you with courtesy. This is their HQ, so I suspect that the other branches are just as bad since fish rots from the head. They have a very obvious us-and-them mentality, so expect the staff to look down their noses at you.

Quantum opened up in 1995 as Suwanee's first community bank and 13 years later they are still going strong! They just won Best Bank in Gwinnett by readers of Gwinnett Magazine, and the testimonials on their website say it all. They are the best community bank in all of Gwinnett County if not all of Georgia. Loyal Customer of 8 years
