This is the computer repair company we have been lookikng for. Every time a computer has died we have tried out a new computer service company. We have used Matt Karls at Queen Creek Computer Repair Service three times now and have trust and confidence that he is doing a quality job at a reasonable price. I like that I can bounce ideas off him and I don't feel like he is trying to figure out the best way to make a dollar off of me and my company. Nice guy and a real pleasure to work with.

I called because I had a nasty internet virus that kept me offline. When the job was complete, the price was quite fair and obviously since I'm posting online with my laptop, the computer repair was a success.

I am very happy with our new computer guy, Matt Karls from Queen Creek computer repair. We hired him to tune up and recommend a few solutions at our business. We gave Matt a budget and said "do as much as you can within our budget." Matt did everything we asked for and stuff we did not even know was wrong inside about 60% of our budget. He was able to develop a proper server, remote login, printer sharing, remote printing and laptop logins. Matt Karls really knows his computer systems and I'm happy to work with him.

Matt did a great job fixing my computer. I called earlier today to get a quote and Matt realized I lived maybe a mile from him and he offered to come over and give me a free quote. I was so impressed with him once I met him that I told him to fix the issue. He came in under the price he quoted me and he fixed other issues like my unsecure wireless and tuning up my laptop. My laptop had a startup issue and I wasn't able to even get to my login screen. As an online student, this was a pretty big deal so I needed it taken care of quickly. I emailed Matt and within a couple hours he had written me back with 2 possible solutions. He was able to come out to my house the next day and had the issue fixed in just short of 2 hours. He had to wipe my system but was able to back up the data on my hard drive so nothing important was lost. He even installed some really good antivirus software for me. Matt worked effectively, efficiently, and with integrity. He is a really nice guy and did great work at an unbeatable price. Thanks, Matt!

Its nice to have a local computer guy that doesn't say "Queen Creek...ohh that's too far to go to today" when you have a computer problem. I've used the Queen Creek computer repair service twice now and both times the owner has been wonderful. On time, professional and he knows how to fix a broken computer.

I have used Matt Karls as my personal computer tech for several years. He always does a great job and let me share you about our last encounter. I desperately wanted Matt to fix my old computer, but it would require some weird wiring to get it working (it's an all in one screen / computer / entertainment unit). I told Matt whatever it would cost, I would pay. Matt looked at it, then looked up some specs and told me I really should not fix it as I could replace it with a newer, faster computer for about the same amount of money. Analyze this for a second, Matt would have made every dollar (probably $400 or $500 profit) out of the transaction for something I really, really wanted. But he had the integrity to tell me something that would be better for me, that I did not know about and he will now not gain $1 since I am going to purchase a computer from Dell or HP, etc. This is the type of high ethics, trustworthiness you get from a good family run and owned company like Queen Creek Computer Repair Service. Matt's wife answers the phones and is very nice also. I highly recommend his services.

I called these computer techs to fix a TDSS virus exploit on my computer after another local computer repair place could not. Matt Karls came out and fixed the problem yesterday and everything has worked great since. Good guy and a great business.

Great service!, Matt Karls answered my text message within a minute or two and scheduled me for the next day (i.e. today). He tuned up my computer and removed a virus within an hour and a half. He only billed me for an hour and I thought his rates were more than fair. I will be calling him back next time I have a computer issue.
