Quick-Fix-Computers

Whoever the previous reviewer is, is either retarded, a black mailer, racist and/or cannot read. My wife and I run a home business here in Silver Spring and we have been using the guys at Quick-Fix computers for over 3 years, they are the most genuine I T professionals. Before they take any job, they?d have you sign a contract that clearly stipulates the terms of contract one of which is that you pay $75 diagnoses fee. I think it is only fair that we pay for services rendered. If this retarded racist did not read the contract for whatever reason, then he or she has to take the blame. My wife particularly wants me to write this counter review because these guys at Quick-Fix Computers allows us to pay for services rendered whenever we have the money, we don?t make much from our business and they understand. Their fees are reasonable, before we started using Quick-Fix Computers we tried so many companies in the DC area, they are either too expensive or they don?t deliver services on time. I am particularly furious that this retard has taken it upon him/herself to run down a minority owned business, you can tell that he/she is bent on making sure he/she black mail a minority owned business by using different aliases such as Blank B, anon a, reebokpumps, anonymous and yelp. What else racist? Good thing most people are not stupid and retarded as you, anyone but you can easily figure out that it is the same retard camouflaging with different names to black mail a minority owned business. It is unfortunate that in 2012 there still racist of this kind that goes around running down minority owned businesses.

He met me in the hallway and didn't bring me into his apt/office, which was not very professional. I suspected my charger might be broken and the guy told me he would first check for that and discount the diagnostic $70 cost if such was the problem. \r\rThe next day he called me informing me that I would need new parts and labor for a total of $250+ dollars not including the $70 for diagnostics. He also informed that I might need a new motherboard but wasn't sure yet (very expensive).\r\rI decided to take my laptop to another company and just pay the $70 for the diagnostic.\r\rIt turns out my charger (and only my charger) was broken which would cost $25 bucks to replace. Quick Fix tried to scam me out of a couple hundred dollars, plus whatever else he planned on doing. \r\rIf you bring him your computer plan on being overcharged to have things ""fixed"" that were never broken. Also he takes 24-72 hours to respond to emails. I assume I am not the first person he has tried to pull this on and probably not the last. Beware.

I seem to always have issues with my pc or laptop which they never have a problem fixing. Your technician even came to my home to fix a modem problem with my internet provider. Thank you
