This would be a DISH!
Qwest has its name on it, but it is a Dish! Qwest does not have digital cable. If you question weather or not you should get one, just go to the Fox and the Hound on a rainy night and see how long they search for a signal. This service is horrible, customer service is horrible and it cost too much for what you get! Choose Cox Digital Cable.
