Unable to repair obvious rattles, squeaks and electronic problems. Some of these issues are going back years. The service staff is argumentative and rude. Never will I darken their doors again for service or to purchase a new car.

I have been shopping for a M class or possibly one of the new E-class sedans. I put in a call to RAB after seeing an online add. I was put on the line with one Daniel Cooper. I have never dealt with a MB Representative who was not only rude but had almost no knowledge about thh MB product line at all. ZERO STARSI just may buy a Beemer now.

I will say that everytime I have gone in for parts or service, Rab always does things that make me feel special and cool, I like it there, everyone always like it when I come in to do business, they say I like your personality Steve.\r\rThank you\r\rSeven...
