I'm stuck in a situation where I am unable to afford a full A/C system replacement at this time. After a professional examination, replacement of the capacitor and contactor, the compressor is seized and requires replacement. The refrigerant lines are still sealed and pressurized, not leaking. // I asked, in a technically detailed mail, whether RS Andrews would be able/willing to do solely a compressor replacement (whether the unit is bought through them or via wholesale; I have the exact drop-in replacement part number) so that the R-22 legacy refrigerant could be handled and sealed properly. I explicitly stated that I did not need the work warranted, and was willing to pay standard labor rates up front. // I was very clear that it was impossible for me to replace the complete unit at this time, but that I would be able to replace the whole system in the upcoming winter. // No technician was consulted about my request. I was told that an $89 service call would be required before they could say anything about what work they would be willing to do. Not even a "maybe". // I've already been through runaround with two other companies who flatly refused to replace just the compressor, even though *both* admitted that it was the only problem component with the system. I'm not about to pay for yet another a service call just to be told that the company is unwilling to replace a compressor, and that they would require me to replace the complete A/C system unconditionally.

I had a AC unit stop working on Sunday. Even though I wasn't on a Maintenance Plan they sent someone over first thing Monday morning. I could even had Sunday service but that would have been an extra fee. The rep came over 9:30 and we were back up by 9:45. Quick service and professional!

Our hot water heater was not working, R.S. Andrews dispatched technician Michael Waters out the same day I called in. Micheal ordered the part under my warrenty, saving me a bundle. Although he tried his best to repair the unit, it could not be repaired. He said he would not leave until we had hot water. Not only was he friendly, and professional, he was compassionate. He installed a new water heater under the Manufactor warrenty, once again saving me hundreds of dollars, and my elderly parents had hot water before he left, just as he promised. My installer, Michael Waters was very courteous, on time, and patient in answering all my questions, and did a fantastic job installing my new Water heater. My parents and I are very pleased and would highly reccomend R.S. Andrews to anyone. Thanks for all your hard work Michael.

Our water heater stopped working, so we called RS Andrews since we had a coupon that we got in the mail. They were absolutely great! We called and had a plumber come out the same day! They were even able to replace the water heater that day as well. Jamie was fantastic! He was very nice and cleaned up everything. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs. We had an emergency at our house with our toilets backing up. The plumber Ben was professional, courtesy and informative. He explained everything he was doing, fixed the problem of the blockage, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We called RS Andrews when our furnace stopped working. Jeff, the technician, was very professional and made sure we understood every charge we received and talked to us and showed us what he was fixing on our furnace and explained how it worked. Glad we called and will use RS Andrews again. We bought the service plan too.

Had my fall service done and could not be happier! Andrew is very professional and knows his business. He was so thorough that it took about 15 minutes for him to walk us through what his inspection had covered. They can't be a better Tech in Atlanta!

never felt so violated i called rs andrews when they sent a tech by the name of obed to my home from the very beggining i started feeling pressured into buying a whole new system telling me that me and my family were at risk because of my freon and condition of system leaking into my home in short had a diferent company come out and all it was was a bad expansion valve got it repaired for way less then so called honest and great tech like rs andrews claims to hire sorry very displeased

I have had two entire heating and A/C units installed by R.S. Andrews. The first system was a heat pump, and although i didn't like the heat pump they came back until I was happy. The 2nd system was a 14 seer A/C unit with a new heater unit. I had some problems with the 1st installation but they came back and sent a supervisor to help with the job and it was done right. People are very easy to work with and if they weren't i would not have used them for 2 complete systems.

When water backed up into my house I called R.S. Andrews. After the work was complete I had concerns about whether or not the repairs were done correctly, as I could not see them(The work was underground). R.S. Andrews sent out a very experienced plumber with a camera snake free of charge to alleviate my concerns. They certainly take protecting their good name seriously.

We called to schedule a tune up for our furnace. Terry came out and spent about 1.5 hours to tune and service our 17 yr-old furnace. He was amazing and explained things to while he was doing it. I will call RS Andrews again any day.
