The water company said I had a leak somewhere. I immediately called RS Andrews, they came out 2 hours later, found the leak, tested everything, replaced the parts, explained everything and the charge was extremely fair! They also recommended that I would need a new Water Heater after 12 years and I definitely trust them and will purchase one from them. An excellent service company, we have used them for many years.

Our experience with RS Andrews was great! They were early, very thorough & Andrew was so kind. We will definitely use them again when we have heating or AC issues.

Customer Services Reps. were pleasant & knowledgeable.Brian T. was on time, completed the work in a very timely manner. Besides finishing the original work order and cleaning-up, by performing a routine check of the water pressure, Brian discovered a problem w/ pressure reducing value & was able to replace it. We are very satisfied customers and would recommend RS Andrews & Brian T. to anyone.

Service was scheduled for late afternoon, but I got a call around 1:00 that the serviceman was available to come now -- so glad I didn't have to wait. Serviceman was thorough and knowledgeable and very polite. He explained everything about the a/c and heating unit.
