I'm stuck in a situation where I am unable to afford a full A/C system replacement at this time. After a professional examination, replacement of the capacitor and contactor, the compressor is seized... and requires replacement. The refrigerant lines are still sealed and pressurized, not leaking. // I asked, in a technically detailed mail, whether RS Andrews would be able/willing to do solely a compressor replacement (whether the unit is bought through them or via wholesale; I have the exact drop-in replacement part number) so that the R-22 legacy refrigerant could be handled and sealed properly. I explicitly stated that I did not need the work warranted, and was willing to pay standard labor rates up front. // I was very clear that it was impossible for me to replace the complete unit at this time, but that I would be able to replace the whole system in the upcoming winter. // No technician was consulted about my request. I was told that an $89 service call would be required before they could say anything about what work they would be willing to do. Not even a "maybe". // I've already been through runaround with two other companies who flatly refused to replace just the compressor, even though *both* admitted that it was the only problem component with the system. I'm not about to pay for yet another a service call just to be told that the company is unwilling to replace a compressor, and that they would require me to replace the complete A/C system unconditionally.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I had a AC unit stop working on Sunday. Even though I wasn't on a Maintenance Plan they sent someone over first thing Monday morning. I could even had Sunday service but that would have been an... extra fee. The rep came over 9:30 and we were back up by 9:45. Quick service and professional!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

My service technician was fantastic! He has super nice and professional. He fixed my furnace and swapped out my filter. From when I called to when it was fixed, everyone was so friendly and the issue resolved. Great experience! My system is working now. Thanks!

Called and got my appointment quickly. Service Tech (Jim) showed up this morning on time and did his service, explained what he did and some preventive maintenance and steps I could take. Love service like this. I would recommend them to anyone!

Have had a maintenance contract for our two hvac systems for several years. RS Andrews provides the maintenance twice a year, changes the filters and UV bulbs. Always professional and prompt. Very satisfied with service.
The service technicians today were exceptional!!! They were prompt, courteous, and very accommodating. They also explained every detail of what was done and were very professional. I just renewed my service contract for the 3rd year. Way to go RS Andrews!!!
I have been having my HVAC systems maintained for the past few years with RS Andrews and I cannot think of a better company to service my home. They have been much better than the previous company I used. They are more professional and knowledgable. This company and its employees have made service an art-form that I wish was available with other types of services. Highly recommended!
Selected RS Andrews to replace our HVAC system. We were referred from a neighbor who had used them. From the sales to the actual delivery and installation, it was one of the most professional and certainly the most courteous experiences I have had in years. I see why I was referred and I will now recommend them as well.
Had an issue with my water heater and called RS Andrews to hav it diagnosed. The plumber came out on time, explained what the options would be and fixed the problem on my gas water heater. I ened up replacing the water heater and I had a $200 coupon which really helped. Overall I'm very satisfied with RS Andrews and would definitely recommend them!
We enjoy having RS Andrews over at our house when service is needed. Our technician Andrew is very articulate and friendly. Our dogs even love him. We have used RS Andrews for several years and they have always provided excellent service.
I live in a high rise condo, and have been having some issues with my havoc system. I had a few companies come out and couldn't diagnose the problem. A friend recommend that I call RS Andrews. We used Brian Turner for a leak in a pump that was ruining our ceiling! I placed a call at 4pm and received an appt for the next day! Brian was prompt and on time at 8:15a the next morning! It was great and offered excellent customer service!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from RS Andrews. One of their plumbers installed a water heater and 4 new toilets. He was professional and helpful with information. The results of his work were very satisfying. I will definitely use them again if I have any future plumbing needs!

Had a problem with my furnace not coming on. Called RS Andrews. They were able to get me scheduled pretty quick that same day. The service man was on time and very friendly. He figured out the problem and the repair work was done quickly. I was very pleased with the service.
