I recently purchased two speaker stands. They have a \rlarger footprint than what's popular today but because I had already purchased a pair of Polk Audio bookshelf speakers I needed something more substantial. They're well made for the price and to look at them you'd think the speaker and stand were made by the same manufacturer. The customer agent had to order them and as promised they arrived on time. I picked them up at their store and within minutes I had my stands. It was the simplest and smoothest purchase I've made in a very long time. I do alot of my shopping at R.C. Willey because of become accustomed to their excellent customer service knowledge base. It's a white glove treatment from start to finish.

If you're looking to furnish your home with great stuff at good prices, then RC Willey is for you. Stay away from their home electronics department. They'll pound you for the Extended Warranty, overpriced cables ($100 for an HDMI cable that costs $4 at Amazon) and they wanted to charge us $900 to install a Plasma TV...just the TV, no speakers or stereo.

They did as they promised. I ordered a couch and when it arrived I was unhappy with the quality, so they sent out a few more only to find the quality was getting worse. I decided against having any more sent out, obviously the company that made this couch was not into having a great craftsmanship, and I asked for a refund. I was fully refunded the price and I will now be shopping for a new couch, with RC Willey.

I purchased a dresser online and paid for delivery. Waited all day for delivery,dresser never came. Made the phone call and was told dresser was damaged, delivery was rescheduled. Waited all day again, dresser never came and no one called to tell me. I was told the dresser was damaged. (what are the chances) Told the clerk on the phone I just wanted the refund, which took another month to be credited to my card. Ever since then I have been receiving monthly bills from rc willey to pay for a dresser I never received. I have called several times to have this cleared up and after the clerk says she will take care of it, the next month I receive another bill. Rc Willey has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

We bought a bed and had it delivered the same day on a Labor day sale. It finally showed up at the last 30 minutes of the delivery time frame and we had the frame and the box springs, but the mattress was the wrong size. So we paid about $700 to sleep that night on the air mattress. We had to go round and round with them to get the right bed delivered. We talked to our saleman, we talked to customer service and we even talked to the delivery guy at one point. We finally got the mattress and then they came by and tried to deliver another mattress to us after that. A total fiasco. We got the mattress on sale with all sorts of "discounts" but we really probably paid full price. We'll shop at the warehouse clubs from now on when it comes to furniture, etc.

Great selection, great sales staff, super prices. BUT! Delivery staff is a nightmare! If you can pick up yourself or find a way to avoid the hassle of the delivery staff please do so. I wonder if their low prices come from hiring incompetent delivery people.

My husband and I bought a large amount of furniture from this store after buying a new home. The prices are great and the service in general is okay. A word of warning, If you buy anything from this store and have it delivered.. Check the product carefully while the delevery people are still there. If there is anything wrong with it send it back right then and there. I made the mistake of trying to have a couch leg replaced that was damaged upon delevery and am finally getting a new one next week, after 9 months of waiting.

I purchased a lazyboy sectional from the Summerlin RC Willey. I did not research carefully enough and it just didn't work in my living room. RC Willey has a 14 day satisfaction guarantee so when I called them and expressed my concerns they said no problem. Did I want a replacement or my money back? I visited the store again and found a piece that would work. No hassle, nice staff, I could tell they valued my business. On my end I am embarassed that I didn't see that the configuaration wouldn't work. Thanks to the RC policy I will not be penzalized. Totally recommend

The furniture selection here is just your traditional furniture. Nothing too modern or contemporary. Their electronics department usually have some sale going on. Their selection is best in the televesion department. Not so great in other electronic items.

I went to This company to get a bed and frame set. It was advertised as being in stock. I was one of the first in the door. As the saleslady is entering my order in the computer, it states that there is one available for immediate purchase. I purchase the bed, and request delivery. It could not be there until 3 days. I agreed. Three days went by and no bed. Called them and they said it was not in stock and it would be at least 3 weeks. I demanded my money back, and they were nasty about it.

RC Willey had great prices for the quality of furniture they displayed in their building.On top of that the service was great. The staff allowed me to look around first before they approached. The selection is out of this world. I have never seen so much good looking quality furniture in my life. It was very hard to decide what you want.

RC Willey definitely has a lot of furniture and appliances to choose from. However the problem that we have with them is that when you have items delivered to the house, something is always broken. We have items delivered 3 times to our home and items were broken. Then it took them from 2 - 3 times to finally delivery the item in whole. I would recommend them to our family and friedns with that stipulation regarding delivered items.

I thought the Agents would hover over me but they let me do my own shopping and when I needed help they were more than available. I love the way the store set up is. The furniture is reasonable priced and I would buy from them again.
