RCM Cleaning Solutions

I called RCM because they are locally owned and advertised a good price. In reality, the $99 advertized price was much lower than the actual price I ended up paying but I agreed to do that because he seemed like a perfectionist.
The carpet cleaning job was pretty good but I had trouble with a carpet repair I also asked them to do. The repair job is very low quality and is absolutely unacceptable. I'm trying to get them to come back and correct that now, wish me luck. Also disappointing was the fact that Rod seemed a lot more interested in getting paid and negotiating the price than doing a quality job on the carpet repair. I'm very disappointed in the carpet repair and based on this experience would not recommend them to anyone. If they are willing to come back and make good on the carpet repair them I would change my recommendation.

This company did a very good job. I had family over and needed my carpet clean, after they were done my carpet looked brand new. WOW I would refer them to any and everybody. They were very professional,fast and affordable. I'll tell anyone to give them a try they will not be disappointed.

RCM Cleaning Solutions performed a fabulous job in cleaning my home carpet. Everything was done perfect and the carpet smelled clean.

I will use this company again for my routine clean.

At first I was skeptical about using RCM because their rates was soo cheap I expected it to be some kind of gimmic. But everything was upfront and to the point. When I called, the staff was so professional and very helpful. I ended up getting my sofas cleaned at a reasonable rate. And, because I was so satisfied with my service I recently let them do the seats in my car. I would recommend RCM to anyone, its well worth the money.

We have two kids and two dogs. As you can imagine this wreaks havoc on our carpets. We have RCM on speed dial. They are very professional and thorough and I would definately recommend them to our friends.
