My husband broke his wrist and was referred to this outfit. The care we received was completely lacking in terms of the flow of information and the concern on the part of the doctors. We are currently in the process of trying to get them to fix their error in billing to the insurance company and their attitude demonstrates zero concern for getting it done. We were simply told, "We'll have to wait to hear from the insurance company", which is fine. They will. But it is absurd for them to refuse to help when they know we were in-network patients and that they coded us as out-of-network. The surgeon demonstrated no ability to empathize with his patient and we continue to find him to be arrogant and dismissive with each follow up visit. The care was adequate, but far from excellent. If we ever find ourselves needing this type of care again, we will specifically seek another provider.

I had a decent experience with Dr. Dennis but she seemed to be on the run to see the next patient. Also, it takes too long to talk to a real person on the phone here.

I have had to go to Resurgens for a herniated disc. My wife had to go for a broken hand and foot. If you hurt yourself, this is the place to go. They are very nice and seem to give great advise and treatment, at least they did for us. Sometimes the wait can be very long, but we are both quite pleased with the professional help we received.

I had an appointment scheduled at the Canton location. The staff, Jill, was very rude and unprofessional. I got an overall feeling that if the front office staff acted this poorly, the doctors must not be any good.
