These people are the best! I used to go to the Mercedes dealership - good service, but very expensive. Now I wouldn't consider going anywhere besides Revolution. My last repair cost less than the estimate I had agreed to. They could have simply smiled and taken my money - instead they came out about 25% less than the estimate. Solid repair work. Very honest and professional group of people. I recommend them without reservation. David Bush

I recently began bringing my Mercedes to this shop after a couple of years of mixed experiences at a certain intown dealership. I suppose I was one of those who believed that the car should go to the dealer while in warranty...an expensive myth. I researched independent shops and discovered Revolution was just 10 minutes from my home. I doubt I'll ever return to a dealership. They've done a couple of routine repairs for me at a very fair price -- and they also helped solve a problem that the dealership, in its rush to do the costliest "full replacement" every time, misdiagnosed! I was especially impressed that Revolution was willing to install a hard-to-find, salvaged part that I supplied -- without trying to cover the parts mark-up someplace else in the bill. No shop wants to routinely install parts a customer brings in, but because of some extenuating factors, they did it. The service manager, Will, is extremely helpful, even responding to email questions outside work hours! The prices are significantly better than any dealership. These guys are down to earth and seem genuinely interested in these vehicles and providing fair and honest service... I will definitely continue to bring my car here.

I have brought my SL600 to Revolution for 3 years. Beyond the competitive prices, the Revolution team is very personable and the most knowledgeable I have seen ever, including Germany. To cut things short, they are the ONLY ones that get to touch my car. I have tons of stories with them; they are all phenomenally great! I have tons of stories with dealerships and their mistakes. I have nothing but admiration for the Revolution team. They are the only reason I drive MB and would consider MB again. 90% of the ownership experience of any car is service. Revolution is the experience I love!

I was visiting Atlanta from Virginia, needed service and had Revolution do the service. What great job and pleasant experience. Matt knows his stuff. Last December when I was visiting I had an upgrade I wanted to do and everyone I talked to said the work couldn't be done on my E class sports model. Matt checked my car and said he could do it. How right he was. Wish I was closer to Revolution or could find a shop like that in Virginia. Wonder if those of you near Revolution know how lucky you are.

Revolution is one reason I bought a second older Mercedes. These guys can fix and work on just about anything. Tammy is very helpful and Matt is just awesome when it comes to trouble shooting problems. You guys "rock".! Bill in Decatur

2014 update to original 2008 review: Our car died on the way to work - rush hour in the rain! In a near panic we called Matt. He dropped whatever he was doing in the shop, somehow got to us through miles of traffic, and within minutes got us going again (faulty crank sensor). Did I mention it was pouring rain in rush hour traffic? YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT FOR SERVICE!! 2008 review: What more can you ask for from a shop? Matt, Tammy, and the guys in the back do a great job of promptly, competently, and honestly getting our cars in, fixed, and out at a fair price. There is no malarky involved, just straightforward maintenance and repair followed by a simple business transaction at the end.

If you're looking for an honest Mercedes specialist mechanic in the Atlanta area, Revolution is the ONLY place to go. Matt is the best. My transmission in my 300E had a very bad leak and was diagnosed by three other (sheister) shops as a gonner ($3,000 re-build job). Matt was the last guy who honestly and properly diagnosed it as a B2-servo repair job for $80.00!!!!! He fixed it properly in half an hour and 5,000 miles later, my tranny is still smooth shifting. WOW!!! Thanks Matt!!!

Matt runs a great shop and I highly recommend Revolution to all my friends and family who drive Mercedes. They are one of the few shops in the Atlanta area that actually do alignments well on Mercedes. I take my cars there for oil changes and even had them rebuild the motor on my 300 TD after it hit 300K.

I have been taking my cars to Matt and his crew for several years now. I have always received prompt and courteous service at a fair price, no matter whether it is for regular maintenance or a major repair. I recommend Revolution to everyone driving a Mercedes!
