Do not use this company!, 7/30/2012

Overcharged, didn't show up (or call) for the first time they scheduled, then came 3 hours late for the 2nd time, incorrect diagnosis, causing me to pay more than I should have in electric bills,... charged $500+ and didn't correct the issue. Will never use this company again!

We have been using RS Mechanical over 10 years, 5/08/2012

and have always found them to be honest and reasonable on HVAC repairs. We manage 6 rental properties in addition to our own house so we deal with HVAC issues on a continual basis. RS Mechanical... has come to the rescue on numerous occasions. I highly recommend them to anyone who is need of HVAC repair or replacement.

We have been using RS Mechanical over 10 years

Worse Company EVER

It would take me a long description to detail out what this company did to our HVAC system. In brief: hooked up wrong units (based on size) to wrong floors of house. Didn't seal correctly so we had carbon monoxide leaking into the house!! Due to incorrect installation, etc. pipes would freeze then leak through the ceilings of various rooms in house. I could go on and on. Oh yeah, it's cost us a fortune to correct all their mistakes that we PAID them for!

Well my experience with RS was great.

I just couldn't believe it was true! From the office to the Technicians everybody was pleasant and courteous. I thought I was have to spent a bundle on a brand new A/C system and on a fixed income I had not idea where I was going to get the money. However, the folks at RS worked with me and even if they took workable parts of other units to make my unit work, I appreciate the trouble they went through to save me money and get my house cool. Thanks RS, I don't care what anybody says your company does good work!

Avoid this HVAC business

Charged $98.00 trip time, $188 to troubleshoot 3 zone sys he could not figure out was a burnt out damper. Charged $131. for a thermostat that cost around $45 at Sears. Quoted $1,300 to replace ductwork that was adequate. Another HVAC fixed all of the above a third of his price.

RUNAWAY from this co. as fast as you can!

I thought I had to leave a star to go forward or they would get NO STARS. This co. has cost us almost $2,000 to correct their mistakes on the installation, heating/AC bill extremely high due to ALL the issues, etc on four units for our new house....and we're still correcting their mistakes!!!!! \r\rThey had mismatched units, incorrect duct work, air flow, ventilation, etc, etc. We've had Trane experts tell us that the work was so incompetent that it was amazing they were still in business.\r\rWe will be suing this company as soon as we get the preliminary legal work completed. HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT company.

Great Service

They provided great service at a reasonable price. I had an older air conditioner replaced with a modern version. I felt like they provided me with just what I needed. Other companies attempted to sell me a system that was well beyond what was needed to make my home comfortable. More than a year later, I continue to be satisfied with the experience. Interest free financing was also a plus.
