Dr. Wu will not speak to me directly and will not issue a full or partial refund for her failed work that has left my teeth and gums in pain and ill-health. I have documentation of this harm and have filed a formal complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry.

Worst dental experience of my life. I went to Dr. Wu because the reviews looked OK, she is in my insurance network, and her location is convenient for me. I went for a teeth cleaning and also to have a tooth checked out that was causing me some pain. After maxing out my annual insurance benefits through x-rays, a tooth cleaning, and deep gum cleaning she inspected the tooth that was causing me pain. She informed me that she could not see anything wrong with it and advised that I give it some time and see if the pain goes away. In the weeks that followed the pain got worse and the tooth started to get loose. I called the office twice and sent an email in a two day period to inquire about what my next steps should be. After not getting a return call or email I reached out to a previous dentist that was out of my insurance network to get another opinion. After a two minute inspection my previous dentist discovered that I had an obvious fracture in the tooth that was causing me pain. He informed me that this is "dental 101" to identify a fractured tooth and if the fracture had been caught a few weeks earlier the treatment could have been a minor operation. Now I am going to need a root canal and crown to fix the problem. I would STRONGLY recommend that no one go to this dentist.

I had excellent service, staff were amicable with respect, going out of their way to make your visit pleasant. The doctors and their staff were highly professional and competent. I'm very satisfied that i have referred my self to Radiant Smiles. Thank you Dr WU and her staff

It was my first time at Radiant Dental, and I was apprehensive. You never know what a dentist office is like to you have been there. I was greet with an air of friendliness, and welcomming. I was taken back with the Hygenist in a professional way.The whole time she worked on my teeth, she told me what was going on with my teeth or just working. I felt loike I was cared for by a pro. The Doctor had a substitute that day.She was also very friendly, and very helpful. I am glad I found this office, and I will be going back

I was warmly greeted by the staff upon my visit and there was a minimal waiting time until I was seen. The dentist and dental assistant both acted in a professional manner. I have never been given a massage while seeing the dentist before, and I could tell that my comfort was their number one concern. My expectations were superseded with the service that I received.

This was the most rude and impersonal visit to the dentist I've ever had. Dr. Wu did not introduce herself and rushed in and looked at my mouth, never asked why I had come and acted like she had much better stuff she could be doing. I tried to tell her what was wrong with my teeth and she brushed me off and suggested crowning everything instead of filling small cavities. She stayed no more than two minutes and made me feel like I was intruding on her personal time. She then wrote a prescription for a mouth guard to stop grinding my teeth and never even mentioned it to me, the front desk was trying to charge me for it. I will never go back and caution anyone that is considering going there!
