Wonderful for Beginning horses and riders!, 8/18/2008

Concerning the previous review, I practically grew up at Rah Sadj Ranch, riding there when I was a kid and working as a trainer there currently and not once have I ever witnessed or heard either of... the owners making racial slurs or comments towards clients, boarders or riders. I have a first hand account of what was said and I believe that the previous reviewer is an unhappy woman looking to make a huge deal out of nothing. She has no regard for barn rules set to all and believes she should be specially catered to because of the color of her skin. At Rah Sadj Ranch, people who are black, white, asian, you name it come to ride and feel safe, comfortable and unjudged. It is a wonderful place to learn how to ride and racism does not exist toward clients. I highly recommend Rah Sadj Ranch and Frankie Timmerman to any who wish to get a solid education in horse back riding.

sad, 6/24/2008

I thought this was a safe place for my son to enjoy riding, away from the negativity. Just enjoy! Instead, I was disappointed that one of the owner's made racial remarks towards my 15 year old... child. It's sad that this man feels superior to some. I personally don't accept racism.
