Reasonable price, great work, answered all my questions and was very knowledgable about the job. I had a couple companies give estimates and I asked questions and Joe from rainfall by far knew the most and was also the quickest to respond to any questions. He was very pleasant to speak with and seems like a nice guy. Additionally, they ran into some trouble with our lawn as we have a lot of buried gutters but they still go the work done on time and did not charge any extra. Joe and his team easily provided the best service we have ever gotten from a company on home improvement.

I needed a repair to my irrigation system. A major pipe had burst in one zone. I called for an appointment time. Joe and his assistant Chris came at exactly the time promised 7AM and were very professional and quick at fixing my problem. I also asked for estimate to move sprinkler heads that were now covered by bushes. He said they could do the job in a couple of hours which was less time than I expected and they could get it done now instead of coming back another day. True to their word they moved 7 pop up heads solving a nagging problem for me and did it in 3 hrs including my broken pipe problem. I am very satisfied with their work, and the bill was very reasonable for hours worked and the parts used for the sprinkler heads. I fully recommend Joe and his company for any irrigation and landscape lighting needs. On the way out he helped me address a voltage question on my accent lighting which will stop my short bulb life I was having (No charge). These are great guys to work with you and honest when recommending how to solve your problems.

I was getting sod installed by Pikes nursery and they asked did I have an irrigation system in place which I said no. They referred me to Joe which of course I checked him out on Kudzu and Angie's list and had excellent remarks on his service. I called him and he came out immediately and gave me a quote that I accepted and his work was done on time that it was scheduled. After a month and a half my sod was finally installed only to find that they were installing sod further out than where he installed the sprinklers. A phone call and email to Joe the night before they were to install he came out the next day of the installation and extended the system for me. Joe was also very helpful when I could not get the system to run because of all the rain we have had in Atlanta and I thought I had set the timer correctly but it was a simple call that he walked me through to disconnect the rain sensor. I am still having problems with it overshooting the water on my deck but had emailed Joe and am sure he will be out soon to correct this. Thank you Joe!

I had a real problem: the home we bought did not have a working sprinker system, and the previous owner couldn't explain why. Joe came out to investigate and couldn't determine why the system wouldn't work. He sent his expert (Brad) out to look at our system. Brad discovered that the previous owner had not connected the sprinkler system when they had replaced the water line. He helped us figure out the problem and then solved it. I was so happy and Rainfall was very fair on the cost. I was terrified that I was going to get a huge bill for their work, but the bill was very fair. I highly recommend Joe and Brad, and I'm so glad that I know a reputable company to go to from now on with my sprinkler problems. The other reviews were right: this company is awesome! Thanks for your help; I couldn't have gotten this system working without you!!!

I've used several irrigation companies but found them to be unreliable and expensive. I just used Rainfall Irrigation to do a springtime check of my system. Vera returned my call quickly and Joe followed up the next day. Brad the technician arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant.

I purchased a new home and I wanted to have a lawn irrigation system installed. My real estate agent recommended Rainfall as having the best reputation for quality and integrity. Being from out of state, I contacted Rainfall's owner, Joe, on the phone. He was very informative and answered all my questions. Joe provided me an estimate which was better than any other I received. Most important, I felt that I could trust Rainfall to do a professional installation. The work was completed today and I am quite pleased with the outcome and could not be any happier. I am having Rainfall maintain the system during the year. Joe and his crew are meticulous and they are the best.

It was clear to the company that I could achieve what I desired on my own without needing their assistance. They proceeded to give me tips and suggestions and charged me nothing for their trip. I found this refreshing and honest.

Joe at Rainfall Irrigation was a pleasure to work with on my recent sprinkler system install. He always arrived on time and mapped out and installed a well designed and exceptionally functional system that has exceeded our expectations. The biggest reason I recommend Joe is his honesty which is not a trait in abundance within the service sector right now. I had multiple drainage pipes that were damaged by landscapers that Joe pointed out to me and then fixed even though it was not a part of our agreement. Most would have covered the damaged pipes up and not mentioned it. If your looking for a company you can trust that also provides fair pricing, call Joe at Rainfall Irrigation.

We at Rainfall Irrigation want to thank you for taking the time to give your feedback and allow others to become aware of our dedication and service we provided. It was also our pleasure to have worked with you as well. You made it easy for us to do our job. With your personal request and our detailed design, we know you will enjoy your new irrigation system for years to come.
The entire experience for me was a very positive one, from the first estimation visit to the final install. Joe and team installed a 3 zone Hunter underground sprinkler system in my front yard. This included a backflow valve, boxes and 27 sprayers with MP3000 nozzles, control clock, rain sensor and 600ft of pipings, fittings and remote control. Without hesitation, I would recommend Joe's services to anyone.
