We had numerous issues with our older sprinkler system. It has seven zones. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing. They worked in a methodical manner and tackled one problem after another. They called ahead of time to let us know when they would arrive. They arrived on-time. They were polite and courteous. The repairs were not cheap. But, I was told when I scheduled the appointment what the hourly rate would be, and that would be plus parts. We will save money in the long-run with sprinkler heads that are more efficient. My husband can also make adjustments easier now. We will call Rainmaker Irrigation & Landscaping, Inc. if we ever need their services again.

We had our system installed a couple of years ago and immediately started having $600+ water bills. This company was very responsive to our calls but could never find the leak. So, we had someone else reinstall the boxes and have had no problems since.

I called Rainmaker on a Friday night late and told them i had a major leak in the system. The staff did everything possible to accommodate my needs. The were out at my house within an hour and had everything fixed quickly. I truly appriceate the hard work this company put in for me. They are very courteous, amazing and a overall fantastic company.

Original reply: We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Our tech was stuck on another job and knew he would not be able to make it, therefore, he CALLED you to advise of the situation and asked if he could come the next day -- Saturday. You then cancelled and told him not to bother. I understand that you were inconvenienced, but we would have been happy to adjust the billing accordingly were we given the opportunity to service the system. Thank you.
